If you need a good refrigeration guy, Brandon is the one! Our commercial freezer wasn't working right. I called BW Refrigeration not knowing anything about them. I didn't get an answering machine or "press 1 for customer service". Brandon answered on my first try! When he told me he was backed up because of the hot weather I figured that we were looking at a month wait. Nope! He was there in 2 days! He was in and out, problem diagnosed and part ordered in under an hour. He came back within a week and replaced the faulty part and we're back up and running. He's polite, reliable and fairly priced. Don't hesitate to call him!

First off i would like to thank BW refrigeration LLC for fixing my comercial refrigerator. They have great customer service. From the first phone call that I made they answered right away and kept in communication. The gentleman that came out had to order a specific piece for my refrigerator and once it arrived had no trouble fixing it and having everyone done in a timely manner. I had a great experience with BW refrigeration LLC and I highly recommended them.

BW Refrigeration took care in no time of our make up unit and exhaust fans which totally eliminated the smoke we had just gotten used to. We know now to keep BW on the calendar every three months. Maybe a bit much but this fresh air is something and well worth the more than fair cost.
Brandon and BW Refrigeration handled the repairing and cleaning of our AHU's such that they look and perform like new. Much more cost effective than the replacement we had thought about but which Brandon convinced us we didn't have to purchase. He sure was right. Super easy to work with.
BW Refrigeration (Brandon) provided excellent service for our refrigeration needs which far exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication; planning, parts obtainment and most importantly an uncanny expertise which hasn't been seen in the Douglas County area for quite some time. Brandon takes extreme pride in his work and work ethic as well he should. We're not accustomed to such attention to detail. Our system is producing so much more cold at this point following his suggestions and thorough methods: No Short Cuts. BW REFRIGERATION will do you right and at non budget busting prices. Totally legit! Answers the phone, shows up on time. Great diagnostics. Fist option is always to repair not replace. Honest and hungry for business. Has got us out of a few jams in a timely manor. In our business a jam is a real problem!!! Highly recommend!
I had multiple issues with my HVAC system in 100F temps. Brandon was on time and quickly resolved the several problems with my old system. He took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Those are all reasons enough to recommend BW but the price was very reasonable! I have his sticker on my HVAC to make sure I use him again.
