Our A/C unit was not working correctly on a Friday afternoon after another company refused to come back out after previously working on it. I called Dunco Heating and Air. They came out that same day and told me that it was my fan motor. They ordered the part, it came on Wednesday morning and by Wednesday afternoon, Alexis had it installed and we had our A/C back. Dunco Heating and Air will be my go to company from now on. Thank you!!!

Dunco installed a mini split A/C system in my master bedroom/ home office area. They fit the right unit to the space and installed it professionally and quickly. My installers are great people and very friendly. They answered all my questions and did not leave until I was comfortable with the installation and operation of the unit. I recommend Dunco whole heartedly. I only wish I hadn’t spent the last 7 summers working in my HOT home office without this unit!!

Everyone was friendly and respectful. They worked well with the electric sub to get us the product that worked the best for us and our quirky older house. The more experienced team members worked well to mentor the younger staff, so important!
I was caught between a misbehaving AC and a stern gaze from the missus. Called Dunco for a Saturday call and Alexis was my savior. 100% transparent on weekend rates and pricing. Alexis quickly and efficiently found and repaired the issue. Am very appreciative that Alexis was able to solve my problem so quickly. Kudos

They rearranged their schedule and was able to fit us in the next day so that we could get our new A/C installed before the weekend. Every employee that either came to my home or spoke with me over the phone was helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. Initially, I got bids from 3 different companies. Dunco was the third company to come out, and I am so glad that I waited for a third opinion. The Dunco quote was substantially lower (thousands) than the other two competitors and had a better seer rating. Initially, they sent a technician who assessed the situation and sent me informative and detailed estimates that included a few different options. The financing option was clearly explained, reasonable, and easy to set up. Since my A/C unit was out, it only took a couple of days before the ball was rolling and the techs were installing. Additionally, my HVAC closet is extremely small and other companies insisted they'd need to remove sheetrock/wall for better access; Dunco was able to get my new system in without any issues or further damage. Overall exceptional staff, service, and pricing. Thanks!

We have been Dunco clients for several years for general maintenance of our heatIng and cooling unit. It is always a pleasure to business with Dunco. Their staff is always professional and well mannered. Today was no different when we had to have our AC unit replaced. Laura called to let us know they where on there way. Tyler B. and his assistant Chris did an excellent job of installing the new unit, clean up after themselves, explained everything and asked if we had any questions before they left. Erick from Dunco came out and cleaned our minisplit system and diagnosed a problem that 2 other HVAC companies couldn’t figure out. Then he and another excellent tech came out a final time and fixed the issue. We couldn’t be happier and will use Dunco from now on for any HVAC issues we have. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else in the area, just call Dunco.

Our air conditioner needed to be replaced and we also had an Iwave installed. The coils inside the furnace had to be altered so they could fit into the present furnace. All was done very efficiently.
