I had the A/C unit go out 6 months after purchasing a home in Lawrence. Tenants were in house so I was wanting a quick fix, but was not happy with what the home warranty was offering. It was recommended that I contact Marty, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. He was able to come over that same day, when others were telling me 3-4 days. We made a decision on a replacement unit and he had it in and cooling us down in no time! Fast forward, and the unit has been in 1 year, and he has periodically reached out with suggestions and checked to make sure it was running as it should. He is a professional that can be trusted to do quality work for a reasonable price! Thank you for answering all my questions and monitoring the unit to make sure that it will last for many years.
