From the time I first called them about cleaning my ice maker system to doing yearly maintenance on my new Lennox Heating and Cooling system they were great. Matt came out and was very professional and took care of everything. Would highly recommend them!
Great service. Fixed our furnace problem in time for the cold.
Our AC went out on a very hot Thursday night. We were worried it wouldn’t be fixed by the weekend, but Scott Temperature spent all of Friday at our house. The part to fix it had to be picked up in Kansas City, and then installed. But they got us up and running by 5pm. Our experience was fantastic and we will use them for any future needs we may have.
Devin did a great job diagnosing and repairing a blown capacitor on our outside unit. He was obviously tired from his workload being soo full, but was very curtious and professional! Highly recommended!
These folks are the best. You really don't want to be without an air conditioner when it is 97 degrees. They installed my new air conditioner quickly..friendly workers and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They deserve 10 stars . Very happy with their work😊😊😊
I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My AC Condenser stopped working the night before. I was in a panic about getting someone out the next day with the temperatures approaching 100. I called in the morning and got on the schedule for later that afternoon. The text alerts allowed me to stay at work until I knew someone was on the way. Brent was great, he went straight to work, was polite, courteous and had me up and running in no time. I recommend highly.

Caleb was very knowledgable, showed me what was wrong and how he repaired my geothermal system. Also was knew how to operate my Ecobee thermostat. A+++ customer service.
Called Colleen on a literal record cold snap. Scott Temp located the needed part for repair and immediately dispatched a driver to Kansas City to get it. They had my showroom heat back in service within hours. Can't thank you guys enough! Jeff - EN-TIRE Car Care
Very responsive for being 6 degrees outside when our heater wasnt working correctly... it was fixed 10 minutes after the technician started working and has been running like a champ this whole week with our frigid temperatures
I cannot praise Scott Temperature enough. The motor in our furnace went out and we were told by another company that the part wouldn't be available for 7-10 days. Our house was sitting at 49 degrees so waiting it out wasn't ideal. I gave Scott Temperature a call just to see if they might have the motor more readily available. Within 20 minutes of my call, they had a repair man over at my house getting part information. They then found the part in KC, went to pick it up and installed it the same day for a very reasonable price. They never once tried to rip me off or convince me to spend more - they simply helped me to get heat back up and running in my house. They are also incredibly kind and efficient. Please please consider using Scott Temperature if you live in the area!
Technicians are discriminatory against woman; condescending and arrogant. They refused to fix my ac and just wanted to sale me a new one. Another company had to fix it for me and it's fine.
I have used no one but Scott Temperature since I bought my home in 2002. They are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you with your issues. I also love the fact that the business is family owned and that Roger still works there (retirement my foot) with his daughter Sara Jane. The world needs more businesses like Scott Temperature.I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you-
My daughter called them and asked them to service an HVAC system in a house she was preparing to sell and there was nothing wrong with it everything worked and there were no issues there she was just doing it for good measure. But the service technician called her and said he condemns her system for no particular reason other than its age which was installed in 1998.
I was very impressed with Sarajane and her installation team. Sarajane presented me with different system options and pricing. Her team showed up on time, wore protective booties in the house and went above and beyond to explain how the new system worked. I'm not an online review type of person however I wanted to share since her team went went the extra mile. Thank you Scott Temperature team!
I called to have a working HVAC system serviced as a preliminary step before putting the home on the market. I should mention that there had been absolutely no reason for concern prior to my calling them. The Service Tech came out, called me at work to tell me a bearing was going out and that the unit was leaking refrigerant. He additionally let me know that he was “condemning” the unit, saying that it was too old to work on...and yet, after using such a strong term...didn’t seem to want to have to answer any of my questions. So he basically did nothing. He seemed to be offended that I had questions...and when I nicely said “I get the impression that I offended you with my questions” proceeded to tell me how he was frustrated with the tile contractor that was there working as he would not move his vehicle to let him park in the driveway. Finally, after telling me that he could not do any work on the system, he sent us an invoice for $250... As a side note...I asked him if he could meet me there later in the afternoon to show me what he was seeing, he said that he might be able to do that but it would be “overtime” of a normal $140/hour charge to do so...which didn’t seem to matter as he never even called me back. The bottom line is that they wanted only to sell a new system to me. This is disappointing to me as I have believed them to be a reputable company and, in fact had used this company to put a brand new system in our own home only two years ago...and had them back to put a new compressor in a few months ago (conveniently only months after the warranty had expired). Sometimes questionable techs move from company to company and you just don’t know who you will get. Maybe that is the case here. But a $250 bill for telling me that the system is too old to touch seems pretty shady. I will probably replace the entire system...but My business will not be with them.

Great people and excellent business. Responsive when needed and competitive prices on replacement or new equipment. Went to them after a bad experience with another HVAC company and very happy that I did. Highly recommend Scott Temperature!
