I had this guy, Lenny at my house. I needed work in the bathroom, dripping faucets that you can physically hear and see. This guy tells me that he sees nothing wrong, seriously!!! But he can see stains! Yea rust stains from the drip for 3 yrs!?!?. Another plumber came out and took care of both the faucets that Were leaking in a matter of 15 mins! Lenny needs to retire if he is going to insult clients!

Very thoughtful....came out on a Saturday while in my neighborhood to check out the potential for getting a new hose spigot in the front of the house and give me an estimate....even though clearly very busy.
After 4 decades of home-ownership I have learned that usually when a service person shakes his head and expresses some doubt that my problem can be remedied easily or at all, it means he will spend extra time trying, the cost for his time will increase substantially, but in the end I will still have to spend money on a replacement product. NOT SO with Lenny and CONRAD PLUMBING! Thank you, Lenny, for your hard work and research to bring an outcome that was exactly what I desired.
