This is a great company. Everytime I have called they always respond in a very positive and respective way. My water heater went out this morning and Kirk got someone out within an hour or so. I had a new water heater installed by 1 p.m. such a nice young man. Very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. He was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this company Thank you Kirk and Rick.

I had utilized them a little over a year ago and was happy with the service. However, now I am unable to get a call back or a message returned for new service that I am needing. Guess I'll be going elsewhere.

Incredible service. Installed furnace, air conditioning, sump pump and other in home plumbing issues. Great staff. On time and worked 'til the job was complete. Would highly recommend Reece Heating & Plumbing to all.
DON'T USE THIS GUY. HE'S NOT RELIABLE. Had him install a new water heater back in July of 2013. Was happy with the service and the price, so called him again to get a new furnace in December 2020. He came over and looked at it. He said he would get me an estimate, but then he never followed through. I called and left messages twice, but still no response. I saw him at Walmart a month after that and he ignored me. I really don't appreciate being blown off, especially when I'm a repeat customer. Furthermore, I had previously recommended him to a friend who owns an apartment complex. Wish I wouldn't have now. So I repeat, DO NOT use this guy. He'll just blow you off and it will end up being a waste of your time.
Jeff came out on his birthday to look at our furnace. It was 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. These guys are the best God bless
I come home from a basketball game at 8:30pm and notice the furnace isn't working. I call reece heating and cooling and leave a voicemail. They call back within the next five minutes and say they will send a technician out to take a look at it. They come on a Saturday night and help us. Thanks for the help!! Amazing service.
They Made Attempt To Call Me Back Twice. Will Not Call Again!!!!!!!
They were able to come out right away in the morning and had my furnace repaired by the end of the day. I was very impressed with their prompt service.

He was able to come out the SAME day I called, got my AC unit blowing cold air again, had the part he needed on him in his vehicle. In and out, very professional, and able to bill me, which was a godsend. HIGHLY recommend!
Got a quote on Wed, had a new AC system installed on Friday. Not only did they beat every other bid by 10%, but they did it a week faster than the other offers. Came with a 10 yr parts, 2 year labor warranty, which beat the other places by giving me one additional year of labor warranty. Couldn't be happier. Solid product, good install, and great price.
