Single mom of 4 kids and one of those kids has a warm body temp since being diagnosed with cancer. My air quit working Thursday afternoon and sleeping was impossible that evening. I called Friday morning right at 8am and we were back up and running by 9:15. I can’t thank you guys enough for being so fast and professional. #customerforlife

Chris is extremely friendly and quick! I've used his services a few times and one time he even found a deeper electrical issue where my thermostat was hooked up to my neighbors (condo unit) air conditioner, this led to finding the real issue and a solution. He's flexible and was able to get me an appointment quickly-- even though we were right at the beginning of summer! I will ALWAYS use him and recommend him to anyone! 5 stars! :) CONGRATULATIONS on taking over the business this year as well, Chris!
My furnace went out almost 2 weeks ago. I had the original company who installed the unit come check it out. The part was under warranty but they were no longer a dealer and couldn't fix it. I searched for a dealer who could complete the warranty work and found Comfort Solutions. They came out did their assessment, said they could get it fixed under the warranty. Ordered the part and I now have a working furnace. I have been batteling breast cancer for the past year and finances are tight. Other companies didn't care and just wanted to replace the furnace for over $5k instead of addressing the warranty for a much less cost to me! I appreciate Comfort Care for being honest and listening to my needs!
I had Comfort Solutions out to replace my furnace, humidifier & AC. They called when they were on their way. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how to operate new equipment so that it would run efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I've used comfort solutions since becoming a homeowner at 18, Jeff is always quick to get us quotes and very honest and fair. Brandon came out to do the install and was very professional, kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend them
Yes, they're on time and pleasant, but I'll never use them again. If you use them and they tell you the solution will be major and pricey, get a second opinion. Our furnace was blowing air without heat, so a Comfort Solutions guy came to investigate. He told us nothing could be done to fix it and that we would need a new furnace. He even implied that there was some danger for potential for carbon monoxide. So another guy from Comfort Solutions came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace (upwards of $4,000). We decided to get a second opinion and called Brandt who came and did a much more thorough inspection and found that the air intake duct was blocked (rocks my kid had dropped into the duct). He cleared it, tested for carbon monoxide, and gave us the clear. Furnace has been running like a champ ever since. Pretty sure CS saw an opportunity to upsell a dumb housewife and decided to take it rather than put in the effort to find the real problem. So disappointing.
Service Tech- Jeff Wegman has been out to our house 3 times in the last few weeks working with us as we deal with our Home Warranty company. Every time Jeff was courteous and professional. He took the time to tell us what was going on with our Household AC and what needed to be done. Was not pushy but authentically wanted us to be setup for success. He never batted an eye with questions. Along with this he made our repairs and got us back up and running. Thank you Jeff and we hope if we have any problems with our HVAC system again we are lucky enough to have you service us again.
I had Comfort Solutions come out to look at a mini-split that was leaking when the AC was engaged. The technician (Jeff) was very professional in his approach and appearance. Within minutes he had identified the issue and was able to clearly articulate the solution. He did not come out and say it, but it was obvious the problem was driven by a poor installation job from a different company. Our unit is now working better than ever and he provided me with a few things to watch out for so that the same problem does not repeat. Job well done!

I am not one to write reviews but I'm so impressed with the service I received from Comfort Solutions. I have been without air conditioning since May and the company I normally use were a month out just to diagnose. When they finally came found out needed a whole new unit which again a month out. A coworker recommended Comfort Solutions called they came out the following Monday and had the unit replaced the next day. The tech, Brandon was so great and understanding and with the high heat had me up and running in half a day. I will stick with Comfort Solutions from here on out!!!!

We had Comfort Solutions out to our house, as well as two of our rental properties in June. Each time they provided same day service when other HVAC companies were trying to schedule us weeks out. Very professional and prompt service with high quality work.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Had them come out for service on AC and the electricity wasn’t checked appropriately and a part was removed from our unit and taken off premises and never returned.
Our A/C went out on the hottest weekend of the summer so far. I called the on call service due to it being a Saturday morning. I explained what was happening and said that he could squeeze us in the afternoon. He called back 10 minutes later and said that he was on his way. Brian had us up and running in no time. We appreciated his promptness since we have a 5 month old son. I have recommended Comfort Solutions to many of my friends since we had our unit installed in 2013. Reasonably priced, very professional, and very helpful. I call on these guys each spring and fall to clean and inspect my central air and furnace. And they have helped me on a couple repairs in the past, I've been doing business with them for many years!
