Quick and helpful b thank you
After waiting almost a week from another company we contacted JP Plumbing to look into a clogged drain. We were contacted in under 15 minutes from Chester to see how he could help. He was at another home and said he would try to get us in today if time permitted or Monday morning. About an hour later Chester called and asked if he could come by to try and get us fixed. It took him no time to clear the clogged pipe and cleaned up his work area. Great experience amazing service will use you guys again.
Had new water heater installed. No after hours service. Had shut down for winter vacation but couldn't get relit.
Had a drain blocked and called JP for help. They had a truck in my driveway in 15 minutes. Problem was solved and all cleaned up in short order. Thanks JP.!
I’ve used J and P twice now and they’ve been phenomenal both times. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly. The techs that have been sent out have been great as well. 10/10 highly recommend all around .

They were booked to evaluate and find the source of a leak that stemmed from the attic. The tech was aggressive and rude, the office staff was rude, and they marked the service as complete with my home warranty company without so much as looking for the source. The technician stopped mid discussion to take a personal call, walked out the front door in the middle of me sharing the issue, and provided no follow up. I will never schedule with this company again and would actively advise against it.
This comapny was to our home scheduled through our home warranty service. They were not equipped to take of the problem which was a stoppage. They changed the call to leak repair and told us they would get someone else to handle. Never heard from them again.

I Put a work order on 05/15/2022 and today is 18, i was TRYING to get information on my 24 or 48 hours servecis call to come to my house, responde was they are VERY BUSY and the Close at 3pm, TOLD me to call my insurance that I DID and they are send me to other company. Hopefully and Pray that you continue in Bussiness. Problably i call the wrong time who ever answer my phone Call Today.

Work with this contractor for my business and my home. The technician couldn’t do the repair so he had to call one of his contacts. Both contractors acted like I worked for them and were incredibly rude. Had another situation where they were called to deal with a leak in the pipe under the sink. They changed the garbage disposal even though one there was brand new. Then the sink wouldn’t drain but the technician left. I called the office back and told them the technician didn’t fix the issue but that he made it worse. I had to wait until the following Tuesday to get the part that they screwed up fixed.
A leak was identified in our hot water line into our bathroom sink. I reached out online to JP Plumbing & Heating to setup an appointment. They were very prompt in responding and getting something schedule. The technician came out and was very friendly and positive. He got the work done efficiently. Highly recommend working with JP Plumbing & Heating for your plumbing needs.

JP Plumbing responded quickly and ordered parts and fixed my heat. I was impressed with their service and communication. They were also very fair with pricing. I will be using them again if I have another need in the future.
Requested to have quotes set up twice. First time they said I hadn't made an appointment. Second time they were supposed to come out the same day. Didn't even get a call until the next day.
We have a homeowners warranty on our house and we've used them before for AC repair issues, but this was the first time we had JP assigned to us, and they were great to work with! We found water in our basement that stemmed from our internal central AC stack. It had been leaking so much that the carpet 10 feet away was soaked. Troy from JP came out to assess what we thought was the issue, finding that a repair made by another AC repair company last year was contributing to the problem. A week later, when leaking reoccurred, we called to see if he'd come back out to reassess. They were quick to respond and get us on the schedule and we didn't incur another charge for a revisit. A deeper investigation revealed a whole host of problems with our unit - a rusted drip pan, an A coil that needed replacing, our condensation line needed replacing, and our external unit (30+ years old) was condemned (much needed and overdue). All in all, they've been communicative and helpful, and we're finally getting our ancient unit replaced.
