I thought I’d share a little story with you about your local manager in Des Moines, Iowa, Andy Erickson. I’m a very small business owner in Des Moines, Iowa We used your service department for a compressor and diesel oil change. Pretty simple stuff for $500 and 2 hrs of charged labor Upon putting the equipment back on the job it spewed oil all over our equipment, causing us to shut down etc..... looking for leaks etc. In short, we found the problem to be as simple as a loose compressor oil screw which apparently wasn’t tightened. Skipping to the issue..... your local branch manger, Andy Erickson, ignored our letter about payment and now has gone so far as to post a negative review on our website/Facebook page! Billion dollar company can’t handle the matter so you Attack the integrity of a small business owner! Really.
Great service and people who know their stuff
I needed to rent a scissor lift for a job and the job went south so needed to return the lift. When my tech took the lift back he explained part of the issue with the lift we rented and they recommended a different one. They ended up crediting me back for the rental from today which I would have had to bill my customer for. They have been so wonderful to work with and very helpful...I would highly recommend this shop for any of your rental needs!!!! Thank you again.
