I had a great experience with Des Moines Comfort. They were kind, courteous, communicative, and very thorough with their work. I got to look at my vents before and after the cleaning and wow, the difference is amazing. I totally recommend them for your duct and vent cleaning.

I was very impressed with the technician that came to troubleshoot an issue with our boiler system. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He tested a lot of items and asked questions. He tried many different things and came up with an action plan moving forward. We truly appreciated his time and thorough work. Des Moines Comfort was the first company that was able to come the day I called. It was Friday December 23rd. The temperature was -5 out and every other company was telling me I could go on their standby list or they could schedule me for Tuesday the 27th. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They are my new 1st choice for hvac. Highly recommend!
Identified all the issues quickly, they were transparent with everything they fixed (and why they did it), and let me know what went wrong, which will be great feedback for our builder. Really impressed - great job Jeff!

Rory showed up at and completed work in the earlier part of the time window I was given. He was very professional and personable, and he thoroughly explained everything he did and why. The house has two furnaces, and one of them had started having trouble keeping up. I didn't realize this when I made the appointment, so I was worried I'd have to schedule a second appointment for the repair since my appointment was just for servicing. But he had the capacitor it needed on hand and completed all work on that trip for a very reasonable price. The heat in that part of the house had only been keeping to about 64 degrees even though it was set to 71, but it was heating to and maintaining 71 degrees within a half hour of him starting on it. Will be using for HVAC issues from now on!
