Got a great deal for replacing my old furnace and ac. Promo for a new water heater put them over the top. Agreed to quote on Wednesday and they installed on Friday. Wow. Trevor and his crew got here at 8 (on time by the way) and they were completely done by 3. Wow. Being I used to be an installer myself back in the day I was fairly impressed. Would definitely recommend.
I called for service on our air conditioner and a technician came within 2 hours. Trevor N. quickly diagnosed our problem, explained how he would fix our unit, and answered all of our questions.
Highly, highly recommend Modern Mechanical for AC/furnace repair or replacement. Replaced ours with them 6 years ago and have had them do the preventive maintenance since. Everyone has been great work with over the years and their prices/costs are more than reasonable. Definitely give them a shot if you’re looking for a new HVAC company!
Jordan just came out because my blower fan wasn’t kicking on. Not only was he here at the beginning of the time window I was given, but he went straight to work looking at my pretty old unit. He looked and diagnosed it pretty much before taking the plate off the front of the unit. Ran some more tests and he was right. Replaced it in less than an hour and was on his way. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and the parts he was replacing. He never pushed anything, even when I opened the door asking a million questions about things like loyalty programs and new units. Actually gave me suggestions that made sense after I asked his opinion. The final bill was not a shock as it seemed right in line, if not less than I was expecting. It was a great experience from Chrystal in the office to Jordan on site. Believe 100% all of these 5 star reviews. My only regret is not finding you sooner. Thank you for all of your help!
While I was shopping for an HVAC system in June 2023 Modern Heating & Air (MHA) was one of several companies I solicited estimates from. I found Corbin Miller at MHA to be very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Even though I did not end up using MHA for my HVAC needs (because I opted for a system that MHA is not a dealer of), Corbin left a positive impression on me. If you are in the market looking for a HVAC system, consider availing Corbin's services.
My tech was so polite and informed me of repair. Modern worked me in when temp was-20 degrees outside and got my furnace working. Would use you again great customer service.
The entire process more than exceeded our expectations. The appointment coordinator communicated everything as it would happen and there were no surprises. Corbin, the HVAC technician, showed up on time and was able to address all of our needs and questions. He was very knowledgeable, made the repair, gave us a bid on other items and was thoughtful to our needs. The communication by all Modern Heating and Air employees was awesome throughout the process. We’ve been using Modern Mechanical for a few years now and are very happy with them. They’re always professional and courteous and clean up after themselves. Jordan came for a maintenance call today and did a great job! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
I had air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater replaced., and a vent put in my bathroom. They were very professional, friendly, informative and did a great job throughout the process. They cleaned up and hauled away the old. Corbin the sales person was super helpful and brought me a portable air conditioner unit to help since my air went out and Thomas the main installer was very helpful explaining the system. I would highly recommend

Modern was quick to come to our home when we contacted them about an AC repair and were very professional during the repair. They gave us multiple options and did not upsell us about items that did not require repair. It was a great experience and we'll definitely contact them on future HVAC needs!
Trevor was my technician. He came and diagnosed my machine. I went through my home warranty so once they approved the work I requested him again and he got my unit running smooth and was great to work with. I don’t plan on calling a different HVAC company again.
Technician Jordan P. was here today for the first check up after the furnace / A/C system installation last October. We love the Daikin system and the service we get from Modern. Jordan helped us get the Daikin app working and instructed us about air filters. Very helpful.
Trevor was friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing. I really like the Daikin products. He also gave me direction on how to proceed with fixing outside water faucet.

Today we had new air conditioner and furnace installed by Modern Heating and Air. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. Everyone was so personable and professional from the person who took my original call for help to the person doing the inspection to the installers. They walked us through everything and were thorough and fair.
