I am SO pleased with this company for being responsive, honest and providing great service. Our furnace pilot light wouldn’t come on. He had that fixed within a few minutes and heat was restored. He then completed checking out the furnace to be sure there was nothing else wrong. When we decided to join their club membership for the year he applied today’s visit as one of the 2 tuneups in the membership. I certainly did not expect that! When I asked about possible duct cleaning needs he opened one of our ducts and took a picture to show me how clean the duct was. I would highly recommend True Comfort for your heating and cooling needs. A great veteran owned business. 11/11/22. Needed a return visit for the furnace. All of the above still applies. I highly recommend True Comfort for your heating and cooling needs.
Our experience with True Comfort has been exceptional from the first phone call to the final stage of installation of our new heating and air system. The technicians and installation team were knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. It’s always refreshing to find a company that values customer service to the degree that True Comfort does. The True Comfort crew were knowledgeable and personable. They set up and cleaned up thoroughly. We appreciated that the workers wore covers over their shoes and were very careful to keep our home clean. They supplied excellent answers to all of our questions. We’d highly recommend them for anyone needing a new furnace or air conditioner.
My initial after hours call was answered promptly and had an appointment set for the next day. Technician was professional, thorough and friendly. Answered all of my questions and ran through all possible scenarios with me. Installers were also friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company!

I have an odd house with baseboard heat and had a failing 1978 air handler in a small closet. Wanted to upgrade to a heat pump if possible. Of all the people I contacted Jonathan is the only one who did his homework and he didn't just email me a quote, he sat at my kitchen table and educated me. He was informative, kind and patient. Nathan and his team, Dawson and Jacob installed my new system last Friday. They were neat, efficient, friendly and didn't leave until I was completely familiar with operating instructions. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Enjoyed my experience with True Comfort. They were always on-time and honest in both the estimate and installation process. Never felt like I was being upsold. The owner, Jonathan, explained their pricing and services clearly and never pushed any add-ons or extra services we may not need.. He provided a price and let us know that the price would not change throughout the whole process, which was a nice guarantee. Our AC had trouble keeping up in extreme heat the last few years, and True Comfort was great in educating us on the reasons why before installing a new A/C and Furnace for us, as our 19 year old units were sized incorrectly and at the end of their lives. The replacement installation took about six hours, and they were on-time, clean, polite and organized throughout the entire day. Our house now has no trouble reaching the desired temperatures, and the airflow is noticeably improved. I would definitely recommend True Comfort to family and friends.
Our A/C had frozen up overnight.Logan was able to come out same day and get us squared away while answering all the questions we had! Super thankful for True Comfort!

Logan and Nathan and there helpers were very efficient and professional in everything they did. I have been in construction for 30 years so I have seen my fair share of hvac guys. They did my retrofit furnace and air in about 5.5 hours cleaned everything up there craftsmen ship was outstanding no loose ends everything was tight and well thought out on there finish
True comfort was amazing. They are very professional and handled my instillation brilliantly. Even though they ran into some unexpected issues with my old setup they handled it so well and I am so pleased with my new setup. Great service. Would recommend!

Friday night panic with a broken system! Messaged True Comfort, very courteous, staff were able to come on Saturday. I received a call and text when the tech was on his way. Logan spent time explaining options honestly and walking us through our problem. New install scheduled before he left in just a few days! Update: system installed and we couldn't be happier! Techs were timely, professional, and personable. They walked me through everything from the system to the thermostat. I'd recommend them again!

100% Recommend this company to anyone looking for AC help or help with their furnace. Firstly, they send a text message with who is supposed to show up and that was amazing! Secondly, I want to say Logan was AMAZING! Logan listened as we explained what we have been experiencing during the hot/humid months. He explained everything that happened to our system to us and he answered all our questions. He didn't push any products and when we asked questions about products, he offered suggestions and advice. We are staying with this company for all our HVAC needs!!!
