Matt did a great job on our yearly checkup. He was right on time, friendly, professional, and did a thorough job.
I am not sure what Steve did specifically except I saw him change my filter; I was having trouble replacing the cover back on...he explained what to look for. He was very respectful and and I was having vibration problem; not sure what he touched but the vibration is gone for now. I am very happy with his service.
I called during non-business hours on a Saturday and they were able to get me in on that upcoming Monday; so fast!!! It took the tech 30 minutes to get my 27 year old water heater working again and he was awesome. I am definitely going to start using them for all of my future HVAC and plumbing!!!

Jacob was here today 6/23/23 to do my electrical safety inspection - he was very polite & professional. He let me know what my electrical panel needed, the age of it, & what I could and could not do with it :) Again ZERO pressure sale! I'm so happy with this team so far! I needed my outside vents cleaned I had seen a bird lift up the lovers on the vent and go in. I have 4 vents on my house and birds nests in 3 of the four and 1 dead bird. A week ago I tried to fix this myself by buying screens to put on the inside if the vent to keep the birds out. But we only saw 1 nest and cleaned out as best we could with a shop vac. Well that one was almost clogged the shop vac sucked it to a bend and clogged it. So glad they got that out. We had also had trouble with the airflow in the grandkids bedroom. There was a ball in that duct run. No wonder why the room was hard to heat and cool. We have finished our unfinished basement. Our furnace fan and lines were full of sheet rock dust. Our house is only 4 years old so I wasn't sure this expense was justified. Well as you can see this was overdue. The staff were very professional and showed me before and after photos. Kind of a eye opening experience. So glad we had this done.
Jason is very knowledgeable and makes a sincere, deliberate effort to make sure his customers understand their situation and the options he can provide. I plan to give him any business I have in the future.

This young man was very polite knowledgeable and ready to educate me about my situation he could not do the work because of codes at that time but was very helpful in pointing me in the right directions to help me get started I would ask for him again
Nick came to our home to give me an estimate on replacing a water heater. After checking our current system he thoroughly went through the issues and discussed all options. He was very courteous and professional.

Jacob did a great job inspecting our electrical system and offered us some good recommendations/suggestions. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly as well.
Booked online, received email confirmation, waited around and no one showed up. Called and was told tech showed up and called but no one answered, responded that I had my phone in hand entire service window time. Then was told that online booking doesn’t actually work and if you don’t receive a phone call after booking, the appt “isn’t in the system.” There is nothing in online booking process that says whatsoever.
Service Legends detected a possible leak of freon in my air conditioning unit. They made a second trip to check it out and see if the unit was still cooling. Excellent company!

My annual AC tune up with Cole was awesome! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Bonus point as my English Mastiff also thought he was awesome now that's saying a lot!
