We love Scott’s! They are quick, professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is amazing.
I called Scott around 9am for a same day fix on our kitchen sink plumbing. He was able to fit us in and arrived right after the lunch hour. He arrived with his teammate and wife, Karen, and they got straight to work on the issue. Scott evaluated our current sink plumbing and started removing what needed replaced. They were extremely friendly and professional during their service visit. They explained what parts had rotted and which ones were installed with incorrect, cheap parts rather than plumbers grade parts. They finished in an hours time and explained to me what was replaced and why. For the price I paid, it is worth the peace of mind and all the effort and parts they needed to fix our kitchen sink. They even offered a perk of texting them on the side for other heating, cooling and plumbing issues we have and they would assist us with answers and even a visit if need be. Very appreciative of their time and efforts today. Thank you!
Would highly recommend Scott. He does things the right way, and is truly an expert in his field. Was extremely realistic compared to Service Legends, and always got back to my texts & Calls quickly. Very thankful our Home Warranty company recommended him to us. Will refer and use again!
I was inquiring about putting an extension on the gas line in our home for a gas range in our kitchen. Scott came over and took a look and thoroughly walked through what it would take to make it happen and gave me what I felt was a very honest quote. He was nice, processional, and even though we decided in the end it didn’t make sense to put the gas line in, I had a great experience.
Scotts solicited making a quote online, I called left a message The morning of October 11 as of this writing October 14 . 4:45 central no response. Dont offer if you have no intention of following through just bad business...

Scott is super professional, best guy for anything plumbing, heating, and cooling. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my project. He is a master for a reason. Installed my new water heater , helped with thermostat install and has done HVAC maintenance. Awesome company super pleased!
Had other HVAC technicians come to my home and say I had problems that was causing the system to leak water into my living room. I called up my insurance and asked them to pay for the repairs, so they send this guy to test out the HVAC. First off, this guy is very rude. Secondly, he comes in looks at the system for maybe 5 minutes, and tells me there is nothing wrong with it. The other technicians said that my Heat Exchanger failed. I asked this guy about the Heat Exchanger and he tells me it is working fine, WITHOUT EVEN TESTING IT. Lastly, I bring up the water leaking from the system. He tells me it could be because of the coil, and that he would let the insurance guys know. The insurance company calls me and tell me Scott said everything is fine and you don’t need any repairs. I ring up Scott and ask about the leaking problem. He changes his mind and says the coil is not causing the leak and I’d need to replace the freon and the insurance wouldn’t pay for that. No wonder the insurance picked this guy, similar personalities attract. Avoid if possible.
Scott does a really great job. I've used him several times for different home items. Sometimes it takes an extra text or call, but he gets the job done and is easy to work with. Great value for the knowledge and expertise provided and will absolutely rehire again.
Great service. Scott and his team are responsive, polite, timely, and professional. We truly appreciate having Scott perform the various plumbing tasks we've had available the past few years. Nice to have Scott evaluating and caring for our home plumbing.
Scott is a really great guy and person to work with. He is professional, friendly and very helpful. He came out on Monday (12-7-20) to give me some estimates on my furnace and what needs to be done. He will be coming back later in the week to fix my furnace. I am glad to be working with someone that is locally & family owned and operated compared to a big chain or corporate owned. I also appreciate his honesty and integrity. I would totally recommend him if you are needing help for all your heating and cooling needs. I am blessed to be working with a great company. -- Dave M
Update- Tried to use this company for a second project, we had an appointment and he was on time, asks for quotes and never heard back again. Tried twice to contact and left messages and never heard back again. Very disappointed the second time around. From earlier; Had Scott's install and remove a sink in my kitchen as part of a countertop redo. Scott and his helper were both helpful, explained everything fully and did a great job on the installation of my sink. I'm very happy with the work. Prices were FAR more reasonable then other places, I'd definitely rehire again!

My mom has mobility issues and needed a walk in shower. Not only did Scott’s plumbing quote a fair price and do a great job, but they went above and beyond in helping my mother with some errands too. They treated my mom like gold. These are good people, folks. Use them.
Scott came out on short notice for an issue with my sump pump. It ended up being an extremely easy fix which Scott thoroughly explained. Scott and his assistant were very cordial and courteous. His trip was so short Scott did the trip for gratis. I would have been more han happy to pay just for the peace of mind but Scott was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will be using their services in the future.
We called twice to an professional greeting followed by a disconnected call. We thought originally something was wrong with our phones but all other calls would connect. We went to the online scheduling tool and set up some time for a technician to come look at our HVAC system because it was not working. Nobody came. Nobody called. Scott's installed our HVAC system when our home was built so we thought we would use them for life but their customer service has caused us to find a different company to work with.
Description of this contractor - honest - helpful - honest - helpful - honest - helpful. Can't ask for any better than that.
