Everything about the process of getting my mini split A/C installed went as smooth as can be. Brian was very helpful through the quoting process and was willing to help any way he could, even if I chose to not go with the company. He did what he could to offer a reasonable quote for what I needed. Brian, Mick and Jordan were amazing throughout the install - even helping my daughter figure out why the hot water wasn’t working in our house. They were professional, prompt and did a magnificent job cleaning up and offering assistance if needed with my new A/C. I would recommend them over and over again and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Our blower fan motor quit working on Monday. Had a new one installed on Tuesday. Mick arrived early and was awesome!

I received a call 10 minutes before Jess (technician) arrived, which was 90 minutes before the time he was to arrive. Jess was pleasant, very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He even offered tips on how to use the equipment more efficiently. He inspected and cleaned the electronic HEPA filter. He cleaned the heat pump and added the gas (freon?) to help the equipment run much more efficiently. I will definitely have Midwest back for all care of my HVAC equipment. The annual service contract is reasonable, consistent, and allows for discounts when replacement parts are necessary.
**updated review* I’ve been using Midwest for maybe 10 years now… a long time. A friend recommended me back when we bought our house and I have never tried anyone else. They are really great at what they do and keep my old furnace running and replace parts when needed. Most heating cooling company’s would just tell you that you need a new system. I know I will need a new one in the near future but I’m glad they don’t push me on that when it is not needed.

We hired Midwest Comfort for routine maintenance in the spring and fall. Joel was very helpful with answering any questions that came up concerning duct damper adjustments, hot water heater maintenance, & potentially installing a humidifier to our existing furnace. We’ve had a great experience with their services.
Joel and everyone I have spoken to are always very friendly and professional and on time. Love having the spring and fall A/C and heating checks done to ensure everything is working properly. They never try to upsell you anything you don't need. Great company and staff!
Service was amazing. The installers were friendly, efficient and tidy. Price was several thousand less than other quotes. Have also used them for HVAC service and that was also a good value.

Joel arrived and identified the problem right away, capacitor was bad. Replaced the capacitor and all is good. Contacted Midwest Comfort one day and they came out next and fixed our issue. I am very happy with the Amana AC and furnace units they installed 4 years ago.
