Devan did a great job servicing our AC. He are very thorough, and spent extra time explaining some of the nuances of the checks he are preforming. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable is very detailed oriented to make sure things are done right. I’ve worked with several HVAC techs, and you can tell who knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

Bobby is great! It's the 2nd time I've had Lazer out for plumbing issues to my home and both times he was fast, efficient, and informative. If you want it done right the first time, go with these guys!
Mike came out for just a maintenance check on the AC. It just so happened to stop working right before he came by. We knew(dreaded) that we needed a new unit in the near future, but he made the whole process fast and easy. He scheduled a new installation the very next day! Awesome work, guys, I appreciate you. A/c went out on Friday but Devan came out to fix it and stayed until late. Needed a part so returned on Monday and was very thorough with repairs. Would highly recommend Lazer’s service plan.

Very knowledgeable and prompt. Reasonable price considering I called at 7:50 and the tech arrived around 9:00. This is my new goto HVAC company. Excellent job.
Beware of rip off prices and make sure to get estimates from other individual contractors. I had Lazer out for an inspection on my A/C as I signed up for their loyalty program that included inspections. They said my A/C required a new part that would be over $250. So I called my dad who is a retired HVAC business owner and he sent me the YouTube vid on how to unscrew the plate, unplug the part and replace it myself for $20. I had them back out today to tell me if I had any old wiring which you could see in the exposed ceilings. I also had a plumber out to write an email to my insurance stating I don't have to leaky plumbing. I was quoted $119 for one tech and additional $19 for the second. The advertised price on their website says $49 so questioned why I was quoted $119 and she said it's because it's a rental property. Why on Earth would that make a difference other than price gouging a small business owner? After the service visit, they said I owed $189 plus $19 for the second tech. I argued that I was quoted $119 plus $19 and I wasn't going to pay over $200 for a service call when no actual fixing of anything occurred. The tech called me back and said the "boss didn't want to argue over $70 so he'd discount it" for me. Eh? Sounds like you tried to squeeze me for even more and tried to make me feel like I won by discounting it to the original price. After these two experiences, I don't trust Lazer not to try to rip me off.
Thank you Lazer Home Services and Devan for coming to repair my ac today. I’m a veteran and I wanted to use a local veteran owned business and they were awesome. Knowledgeable and polite. I signed up for their service program.
Wonderful service!! He was on time and checked all my concerns, answered questions and handled everything. If I have any other concerns I will definitely call Lazer Home Services.
I know I probably got lucky, but it was all of 45 minutes from the time I called until the time my A/C was back up and running. Mike even took the time to show me how everything works and what to watch for in the future. Happy customer!
Free quote to run the gas line to our grill the same day I called. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly! Very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. The service was completed the following day.
Tech showed 2 very important values: honesty and integrity. Needed to have waterline installed to ice dispenser of new refrigerator. Condo I live in is 28 years old. Line would have to be run thru walls and cabinets and would be a major very costly project. He was willing to install waterline but explained the facts so I could make decision right for me and budget. The way he handled situation inspired trust in Lazar. I will use them again

The electricity in my living room and bedroom went out. I called laser and they sent a person out within 2 hours to fix the issue. I'm very happy with their service they're very nice and reasonable. I will definitely call them agaif I have issues

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Each time I've had Lazer come to my home they were professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They're only allowing 5 stars but personally I'd give 2 extra stars just for how great they are.
Wayne is a real professional and showed his expertise/experience in the plumbing field. He was able to detect the issue and provided education on how to fix the current issue and provide maintenance in the future. He provided the cost upfront prior to going any work. I would not hesitate to have Wayne and other staff work on any plumping, electrical, cooling, and heating needs.
