I highly recommend Bell Brothers Comfort Club membership. This service was for an unexpected sensor failure. The technician called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous.
So easy to work with. Set the appointment by phone, I rcvd a confirmation text and email and a reminder the day before the service call. The day of, I got a text and phone call from the tech that we was on his way. Arrived, introduced himself (Adis) shook my hand and addressed exactly what I needed. I paid on the spot with my credit card on his tablet and my rcpt was waiting for me in my email inbox. Simply put: I could not ask for a smoother transaction. Five stars service. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Bryan Funderman is a consummate professional in the HVAC arena. He corrected a problem with my system that I had been complaining about for two years - everyone else said the system was fine, but it was wrong from the day it was installed. Great service!!

Marty did a wonderful job in resolving my gas leak issue! He worked hard to determine where it was located and what was needed to fix the gas leak. He with the help of his co-worker Sal was able to replace my gas line through my ceiling from the gas meter outside my condo to my furnace room. MidAmerican Energy was able to restore my gas that had been shut off when completed. Marty's knowledge, diligence and very hard work was very much appreciated in completing this complicated job.
Adis did a great job. Arrived on time and serviced the problem promptly. Explained everything and got the AC up and running at a fraction of the cost of the other guy.
Bell Bros always sends excellent technicians, but I especially appreciated Adrian's professional, yet friendly and educational approach. (I'm always interested in aspects of a job I know nothing about. Adrian answered all of my questions in a patient, yet non-patronizing manner.) I hope he'll continue be "our" tech in the future. 😁
Condenser unit's fan motor was acting up. Even though I had scheduled a complete A/C and furnace install for 6 days later, Bell Brothers did not want us without air conditioning. Service tech returned a 2nd time and installed a new fan motor on them. Can't say enough positives for the service we have received.
