We have been without water 3 days. Sent someone out and the person said it was our electric breakers and we spent a long time changing them out. After going under the house the pump was not even checked on.
They were professional and fast! Price was reasonable. I'll use them again. -Dorothy
Our well pump stopped working so we contacted them for their service. There was a fee to come out. A technician arrived promptly but then went to look inside after a couple minutes he came up expressed the issue was indeed our well and they do not work on them. They then left. I called back to express that we told them it was the well. Terra apologized and explained that she thought they did. She spoke with someone about it to see what could be done, they decided a tech came out so they were still charging us despite not being out for what we called them for. Total ripoff. Tried to call again and express that we wouldn't have used the service if we knew they couldnt fix the issue to which the lady just repeated a tech came out so we have to pay then proceeded to get louder and louder. Then called wanting to speak with a supervisor was not available due to vacation. Hopefully will get some solution to fix the issue after that. Poor costumer service and misrepresentation of what they can do.
New’s replaced our 6 year old water heater and did so in a timely manner. After the installation I called the office to get the total amount of the invoice so I could mail a check as I was going to be out of town and wanted to be sure they were paid timely. Hearing the total of $1900, I was shocked at the price and asked for a breakdown of the cost. I was told no such breakdown was available. I called later that day to ask for someone who could give me a breakdown and was told that “she” would call me back. The following day after having received no call I called again and asked to speak to the manager or owner and was told they were out of the office and would call me back. I received no call. Several days later I received the invoice in the mail and was amazed to see the amount due of $1900 with no breakdown or explanation of costs. This does not impress me as a professional way to do business. I will not be using this company in the future.
I purchased a new ac unit and it's always messing up. I called and they said it wasn't under warranty, I would not recommend this company they have poor service and could care less about there customers, since I have purchased ac unit it has broke down 4 times in less than 2 full summers of using it. Not one person there has tried to help. Last time they tried saying it was my thermostat and I had to have a new one installed and yet it was there own thermostat they gave me new when they put the ac unit in and when I called them out on it they waved the bill. What a joke for a company
Called for service and within 2 hours, had it diagnosed and fixed. Definitely a new happy customer!
Our furnace went out at 5:30 in the afternoon. Service tech came later and repaired our furnace. We were not without heat for very long at all! The price was good and the Tech was very professional and knowledgeable!!!!
NEW moved our plumbing for our new bathroom and installed a new tub. They had to come back and change the location of the shower plumbing because it was wrong and it took forever to get them to re schedule. We also tried to get a quote from them for a tankless water heater and they did not respond. Less than a year later the plumbing for the tub is now leaking into our basement. We are now using another company to repair their sub-par work.
Knowledgeable guy helped me out and got my bathroom fixed fast.
We had a toilet leaking. Called NEW on November 1. Said technician would come on November 2. When technician showed up the first words out of his mouth were "I'm not a plumber, I'm one of the HVAC guys". I told him what was happening with the toilet and showed him where I thought it was leaking. I told him it was leaking into our basement. He tightened a bolt on the tank and said that should fix the problem Never once did he check where it was leaking in the basement. He was here about 10 minutes. We watched the leak in the basement and it was still leaking. I started calling NEW again trying to get someone to come to the house. I called twice that week but no response. On Monday the 8th, I got a call from them but no one left a message. I continued to try to make contact twice the week of the 8th. Their office manager promised she would call me when our name was on the list....no call. On Thursday the 11th, I finally called another plumbing service in town to come look at the toilet. Scheduled Quine to come of the 15th. They arrived promptly, actually looked at the leak in the basement and knew immediately what was wrong. Toilet was now fixed after two weeks of dealing with NEW. I have tried to contact NEW about getting a refund on some of the money we got charged but they won't compensate me for time and trouble. Please, please be extremely cautious about using NEW plumbing. We certainly did not have good experience.
Asked for a quote to replace water lines. Was told they aren't bidding "those types of jobs". I asked for a recommendation of someone that might do that and they said "check the phonebook". Bring your business elsewhere.

The blower motor on my furnace was dying, I called one day to schedule an appointment. They don't have a 24 hour technician, and they close at 3pm. Who closes that early being a plumbing and heating company?! And then after waiting most of the day for a technician they call me to tell me that they won't be able to make it til Monday(this was a Friday by the way), and they even charged my card before even coming out and investigating my HVAC system. I ended up calling and cancelling and getting a refund. I'm glad my house wasn't going to blow up.
Wow. I would never recommend. I called as I had a clogged sewer in the basement of my rental. They showed up one day after they said they would be there and then said they can't help because there was about an inch of standing water around the sewer drain in basement. I guess when I tell someone I have a clogged drain I didn't realize it would have to be dry. Isn't that what happens when you have a clogged sewer it backs up??? What a joke! Then to charge me for all of this when they did absolutely nothing! I will never recommend this company to anyone. I hope you find another solution for your plumbing needs.
