We had Elliotts service the HVAC system in our new home after moving in. At the time we complained of a gas leak and they could not find it. A few months later my husband was able to find the leak, so he called for them to come repair it. My husband showed the technician where the leak was and described what the problem was and Elliotts still charged us about $150 on a “diagnostic” fee when they did not find/“diagnose” the problem themselves! We called twice to negotiate our bill because we were unhappy with the hefty charge for something they didn’t do and they refused to negotiate. Although they did good work, they charged us incorrectly and refused to remedy it. We will not be using them again.
Yesterday, May 27th, we realized our A/C was running but not cooling house down, I called, a lady answered right away, said a tech eould call. In like 15 minutes he called. Was here in 45 minutes. His name was KEVIN. Did an outdtanding job in a short amount of time. It was a holiday weekend, he told me up front what the holiday cost was so I could decide wether to wait or pay the extra to have him come out. I was imptessed with his knowledge, dedication and answered any question I had as he went along. I highly recommend this company for any heat and or A/C needs. Thanks again Kevin!
Completely ghosted me and then trying to charge 80 bucks for a diagnosis over a month lather. I'm sorry but you don't ghost people who don't have heat. Now they are sending me to collections. FU
Short term Fix of effect not the cause of the problem.Very expensive. I had to get Rogers, heating and air to fix it.
Elliot's helped troubleshoot our geothermal system. They fixed the system, walked us through how operate and maintain our geothermal, and answered tons of questions to educate us.

Our A/C quit working last night. So I stopped by at 8:10 this morning. Loren said she would get me in as quick as possible. 2 hours later Luke called saying he was on his way. 2.5 hours later my A/C was fixed. Thank you so much for the fast service!!

We were having issues with our AC unit last year so I had them come out. They told us that we needed a new AC unit and that it would cost around $10,000. I decided to get a second opinion just to confirm their findings. When Home Comfort Experts came out they discovered that there was a bunch of debris trapped in our AC vents, they spent about an hour cleaning it all out thoroughly and now the AC works great. Disappointed I had to spend money on a trip charge without any real results.
Came to my property today. Looked at my a/c unit was told it was obsolete and needed replaced. Was told it would be to costly and I should just use a window unit because I couldn’t afford it. Really?!?! Not sure who they thought they were talking to! I will be purchasing a new heat pump and having it installed but it will not be from this company!
