We have used Quine for a few years now and each interaction is professional and service is always quick! I recently had a furnace issue during the recent extreme cold and they came few hours after I called. Although a part had to be ordered by the next day the furnace was fixed and more efficient after the repair. Highly recommend.
Great service mindset and professional top to bottom. Repaired heat on Christmas Eve, and Service Tech very polite, professional, and great attitude despite a long holiday workday. We were very impressed and appreciative.
I have received great service for years which was repeated last week when they installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. They did a very professional job and delivered the product on-time and as promised.

I called them to install a water heater that I provided. They had to remove a water softener to access the water heater and broke a connection on the softener and put it back together with tie wire. When I called the office, they tell me they're not liable for breaking the softener because they don't work on softeners. It was nearly $700 to install my customer provided water heater and now I have to hire someone else to repair the softener.
Technician David, was extremely informative, polite, and knowledgeable. He came prepared with appropriate filter and on time. David was a quality person with great people skills.
We have been using Quine-Freeman for 6 years. They have maintained our HVAC system and water heater, including installation of a new water heater. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable. We have had Mike for a number of years who is great. Today Mike was called out on an emergency call and David arrived. He was new to me but I found out that he was just as courteous and knowledgeable as Mike. He gave us several recommendations for better utilization of our HVAC system. This information was very helpful. We will continue to use Quine-Freeman for all of our HVAC and water heater service. I recommend them highly.

We are a small business and we prefer to use other small businesses. The Quine -Freeman bunch are an outstanding group. We have used them for several years and they have 1) Installed, serviced and repaired for our clubhouse's complete system. 2) they installed a new heat pump on our house and serviced our old furnace several times. 3) They installed our complete system for our new construction building for Two Bear Arms and again for our new addition. 4) last week they got me out of a jam and came out same day to install a new well pump for our house. we really love this company and all the wonderful employees. Great company and people !
Extremely rude. I called for an emergency service and the lady that answered the phone answered “hello” and I apologized and stated I must have had the wrong number. She then asked if I had an emergency and with what- I responded my furnace- she asked for my phone number and credit card number. I stated that I wasn’t comfortable giving my credit card number out without knowing a price of the after hours and trip charge- she was EXTREMELY RUDE. She stated how I would either give her the credit card number or not get service. I wasn’t opposed to payment- AT ALL. However there is no need to be so rude. Someone else who wasn’t RUDE- was paid the $400 that could have went to Quine however I won’t deal with that type of unprofessional behavior.
My Air Conditioning went out during this super hot summer we are having. They got a person out to look at my AC within three hours and it was fixed in less than an hour. And the price was very very reasonable! Such nice and helpful customer service as well. They gave me tips on how to keep the AC running well during these 90+ days. Awesome!

I have been very happy with Quine Freeman! We have an older home with a lot of challenges. Brent was very honest and informative in guiding us to the best heating and air conditioning system for our needs! Their technicians are also very professional and courteous a great job cleaning up after a job!
If they send an inexperienced technician you’ll have to pay for every part he replaces that isn’t broken until he figures it out. Over priced company, get everything in writing if I were you.

Horrible customer service!
We had a great experience with Quine Freeman. The technician, Jeff, was very thorough, and we could see that he cared about the quality of his work. They are very responsive - they sent someone out within two hours of our call, on one of the coldest days of the year. The office staff did a great job letting us know what to expect (both with scheduling and cost). Overall, I feel that this company is honest and easy to work with - we will be using them for our next furnace.
