The technician was awesome. Had my fireplace back up and running in no time. Sorry to report the fireplace only worked for a day. When the technician returned, he told me they would need another $1000+ to get it running again.
Very professional and honest.
Absolutely insane. Had service done and their technician carries a concealed gun. You can tell by the clips on his belt it's one of those in waist band holsters. Like why do you need to bring a gun in my house. I'll never call these crazy people again.
Noah was super fast, professional and punctual! He was in and out in a matter of minutes and had us up and running!
Noah came on time and we discussed what the problem might be and determined that the cause of the problem was the extremely cold air and that the furnace functioned properly. We need to add insulation.
Collier’s scheduler was very polite. The technician called before arriving and finished promptly. He called to confirm completion of the maintenance service, and that all was good with my furnace.

As the old sound bite goes, "Price, Quality, Service... Pick any 2". However, we got all 3 with our new Collier's HVAC installation! Every part of the process was top-notch from the initial quote all the way through to the final product. We love our new furnace, A/C, thermostat, air purifier and whole home humidifier and also love the communication from Kevin (owner) and the way he quickly responded to a snafu after the job was complete. Great company and great people.... We definitely highly recommend them. :)
Teloephone receptionist was pleasant, well-informed, and helpful in scheduling service. Service tech was knowledgeable and courteous.
Tech did not use backdoor he put the booties on but still left a muddy track thru the house. Even though I told him to use the backdoor to access the basement door
Came out Wednesday, within a few hours didn’t work. Same guy came out, told me it was something else and they had to order part. I was told this part would be on Thursday evening or Friday morning. It’s currently 6:47pm Friday and I have heard nothin. I called and could only leave a message around 3:45pm. They are open until 5pm. No one called me back as of yet. I also emailed around the same time I called, no email back. Very disappointed the coldest it’s been in years and I’ve had no heat going into Christmas.
Jason was exceptional. We, unfortunately, needed assistance on December 23 during a blizzard. He was on time, called to let us know pre arrival. Helped with all our immediate needs/concerns and provided us with options for the future that we were completely unaware of. We will be scheduling follow-ups and future work.

Prices were comparable to other quotes that I received, and I was extremely happy with their service. Mary was awesome in the office, kept me up to date on the backordered unit we needed. The installation crew was efficient, clean, and extremely friendly. Everything has been running smoothly since installation!
Colliers performs all of our HVAC maintenance twice a year to make sure our system is in tip top shape. Last thing we need is for the system to fail. They do an outstanding job. They are very thorough. Their tech let's us know if they find any issues or potential issues we need to keep an eye on.
Jason was very nice and helpful he checked a lot of things and got it working but it still makes the same noises it did before that concerns me
I called last evening for after hours service. My furnace started working correctly shortly after the call, so I canceled. The technician was very informative and helpful with no pressure to make me feel I should have him come to look at my furnace right then. The guy who came today was clean, professional, quick, and informative about future service options. Highly recommend them even based on only one experience!
