Had a technician come out. They had me go get the fuses needed from menards. Instead of doing anything like cleaning the unit or something worth the $90 service fee, the techs just sat in the car. Put the fuses in and the ac disconnect melted because the coils needed cleaning. They said they could fix it for several hundred dollars. I asked if theres a discount because they didnt do anything when they were out. I was told that magically that was including the discount. Very disappointed from start to finish.
Topline replaced our AC system. They walked us through the options and provided us with a professional solution. We felt that they listened to our concerns rather than giving us a hard sell on what was best for Topline. The friendly installation team worked to minimize the disruption and ensured the home was protected with dust sheets etc. I am happy to recommend Topline.
Topline provide best cooling & heating service by his perfect team. Great company, had our air-conditioning fitted by them 2 weeks ago very professional technician, fitters clean & tidy. The system works perfectly and its made a big difference to keeping the house cool, and on the plus side if its cold we just switch over to nice warm air set to your own comfortable temperature. Would highly recommend this company 100% , and many thanks to team the man who sorted everything out. nothing was to much trouble.
All work was carried out to a high standard with technician taking time to explain all questions which I raised. A thorough service and overall great experience. I have no hesitation recommending Topline Company services to anyone requiring AC support. I will use it again within 2 month for my new house bedroom and guest room.
We change the filters regularly by Topline, we take comfort from an annual maintenance check, the unit providing fresh air into the apartment. It is easy to arrange appointments to fit in with our diary, and the engineer are helpful, efficient and respected our property.

The process was amazing from start to completion. The best part is that the Topline company is punctual. The heating pump installation process was unbelievable. I used Topline once before for flooring. I am extremely satisfied with that experience too.

I met guys of Topline, when he came to sort out my gas fire. He did a great job - very professional. I then had a problem with my boiler and team were hugely helpful. They came out on the same day to ensure we had heating and hot water. When we needed a new boiler, prior experience led me to ask guys. Highly recommended, you get a professional service from start to finish. 2 units installed by Topline company, that's good. They cleaned my heating pump and vent, and his worker gave me A1 service. I am very please with a very good product and service.

I am very impressed by the technician's service demeanor. He was forthright and explained what was going on with my system in terms I could understand. He was not pushy, unlike some other companies I've had service my unit. No any problem with Topline. The prices were reasonable and the office staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful company is Topline HVAC! we are so happy with the service his Heating installation service, we received absolutely perfect very professional team, and respectful of our home we couldn’t fault anything, we are very happy with our units. Installer was great, Topline's rep did an excellent job of explaining the options, and their military discount was an added bonus! Job was done well, and in a timely fashion. My dad was around when they were working, and even he said he'd work with Topline HVAC Company in the future too.

Great service and very professional! Topline's team replaced an AC unit and Furnace that was 25 years old and only took 1 day to finish the job. Amazing service! Would highly recommend, and I don't hand out compliments very often, but I do when it's deserved.
