We had a wonderful experience with Ultimate HVCA. They treated us with top quality service, answered all our questions, provided an honest and fair quote (we had received a quote from another company the day prior for 3X their price) and our home was left clean and safe in all areas serviced.
Hands down the best HVAC service I have received. Installed a new Ecobee in my home. Technican was on-time, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Now they are the ONLY service I will use going forward. 100% recommend.

I was referred to Ultimate HVAC by a family member who spoke highly of them, and I'm happy to say I had the same great experience. Edgar showed up a few hours after I called them for help, and he was very professional and courteous as he looked at an issue with my furnace. More importantly to me though, he answered every one of my many questions, and he thoroughly explained what he was seeing as he walked me through his diagnosis. I'll definitely be calling them back when I need help in the future, and I obviously wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ultimate HVAC to anyone.
Very professional. Showed me everything he was working on and why he made the recommendations he made. Documented everything with video and pics. Came out on Jan 1, with just 12 hours notice.
Edgar came and installed a power humidifier on short notice. He did a great job and, as always, we were very satisfied with our overall experience with Ultimate HVAC. We will continue to turn to them for our heating/cooling needs.

Quoted a later arrival time, was able to come earlier to fix furnace, was thorough in explaining and fix problem. Then tech proceed to give discount on faulty part. All this done on Christmas eve with a sub zero deg freeze where the furnace was over worked. This made my family happy. Very good experience. Thank you

Very professional and informative. I The technician always explains in detail what has been done, what needs to be done, and what causes the issues. I've never had an HVAC company really explain things in detail. I used another company that did not do a thorough maintenance check, and it cost me $$$$ to have to replace a unit. I am very happy with Ultimate HVAC!
Very helpful and friendly. We've been at our new home for about a year, and have had issues with the weak heating/cooling in our kids' rooms since the beginning. Several other services I tried before weren't very helpful - often dismissive. I called Ultimate because they were close and had good reviews. Jonathan and Chano came out the next day. They were much more receptive to my concerns, and more thorough in looking into my issue. They figured out that there were closed dampers for the ducts to our kids rooms that were covered by drywall from before (!). They helped me right there to cut a hole to the controls and open up the dampers! I'm so glad that I was able to find and use Ultimate HVAC and have already recommended them to others. Needless to say, I'll be using them from now on.

Great quality products and professional service! I had to install my mini-split over a period of a few months due to remodeling. Ultimate HVAC was very accommodating to my unique situation and were very professional every step of the way. I highly recommend Ultimate HVAC.

I've had a Mitsubishi ductless unit for 2 years and this is the first time I've had it serviced. The technician arrived on time and was extremely helpful and competent. I will definitely use them again.
I used ultimate HVAC in the past when our furnace was smelling and loud and they came right out and were honest and upfront and never pressured me to buy/upgrade anything I didn't need. They did however inform me that the furnace was old (which I knew) and that the AC system was using a refrigerant that was no longer used and therefore had to be replaced if it stopped working. Low and behold 2 years later the AC converter blew and I knew it was time for an upgrade. Called Ultimate HVAC and they came same day sooner than scheduled and were back the next day to install our new AC and Furnace. The entire time they were upfront and hard working and even provided some upgrades that were not included in the proposal at no extra charge. They have great financing options too! I will be continuing to use Ultimate HVAC for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks again!
