I called Timmy at 8am on a Tuesday morning and he someone out by 1030am that day. Luckily, it was a quick fix but Timmy and Tommy are super professional and do a thorough check up of everything that's going on in your system. Since moving to our new house, they are the other HVAC company I use and will be using moving forward.
Tim was awesome! We hired another company to do the job and they botched it, but Tim came to the rescue and now the office is warm again :)
10/10 would recommend Signature Service for honest, professional, timely service! Tommy really saved us - we had been told by another company that our AC couldn’t be fixed and we needed to replace the unit to the tune of many thousands of dollars. Tommy took the time to evaluate our AC unit more carefully, found the actual problem, and was able to resolve the issue for well under $1k. His integrity was apparent, a trait that’s hard to find these days, and is priceless to customers who are vulnerable in these situations! We expect to replace our AC unit in the next few years due to age and will absolutely call on Signature Service to do the job.

Top notch service! It's so hard to find a company you can trust to get the job done right, plus the price is NORMAL instead of shocking. Signature is always very responsive, quickly diagnoses the problem and repairs it as soon as possible. The service is friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. They are always respectful of my home (even though it's mess with 4 kids, haha) and last time even mopped up the mess that my leaky ac unit left on the basement cement (you didn't have to, but what a nice touch!). I am always happy with the job they do. We are so glad we found our "go to" HVAC service place!
I'm very surprised to see such good reviews. Signature Services came out to our home on 1/3 to address water in our HVAC room. Though the tech was super nice. We followed his directions and opened up the walls further in perp for his return. He never returned. Between my husband and myself we have called 6+ times and left messages. They have not picked up the phone or called back. We paid $91.67 for a house call with nothing addressed and more damage to our home. Very frustrating experience.
Tommy was amazing and super helpful. He explained everything clearly and was able to help with my furnace on short notice. Super refreshing to work with such an honest company!
I agree with the positive reviews. Tim and Tom were responsive, explained what they were doing, and were kind. I am happy with their work.
Tim is an incredible HVAC tech and businessman. He was very easy to schedule 9 units in our condo association and the service went off without a hitch. His advice on equipment maintenance and future service/replacement planning was honest and incredibly insightful. Not to mention the services were competitively priced. We will continue to use Signature Service HVAC in the future for annual AC and Furnace checkups.
Tommy was on time, pleasant and very competent - and did not try to push any unnecessary repairs or maintenance. We highly recommend this company as they are honest.
Tommy is amazing! AC went out and with 90+ degrees approaching in the coming days and a pregnant wife at home I was very worried. Got 5 estimates from different companies and all said I need to replace the unit with costs all exceeding $5,000+. After hearing everyone’s advice I was all but ready to make the hefty purchase. A friend of mine recommended Tommy and Signature Services so I gave him a call. He came out the next day and fixed one small part and the AC works perfectly. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. He discussed different options for me in the future. Tommy was very honest and reasonable with his prices as well. Highly recommend him and his services. Will definitely be giving out his info to all my family and friends!
We wouldn't do business with anyone but Tim. He's the best, very fair in price and excellent quality work. I recommend him to all my friends and my parents recommend him too. He's put in a furnace for us, installed a smart thermostat and does regular visits/checks a couple times a year. Very clean, very professional and quick to respond. We will continue to work with him as long as he is in business.
Signature Service Hvac was great! They came on short notice when I had a gas leak, and the worker was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys.

Signature Service was great! I love that they are local, responsive, and very professional. I was impressed with their thorough communication, education on my furnace, and he helped me extend the life of my furnace for 5 years vs selling me a new one. He will be my Hvac man for life.
I've know Tim personally and professionally for several years. Personally: he is stand up guy. Professionally: he is knowledgeable, fair, honest, dependable, and timely. He's never let me know and typically has gone above and beyond to help me when I needed him. Can't recommend him enough!
Tim is incredible. He was able to fix our unit in a timely manner and he is a true professional. He greets people with a smile and a handshake and then gets to work in order to solve your HVAC problems efficiently. I'm so grateful to find Tim and Signature Service because I finally found someone that I can trust in my home and that he knows what needs to be done with my HVAC unit. If you are not using Tim and Signature Service then you could be making a costly mistake.
I reached out to Signature Service HVAC on Memorial Day and they were able to come out! Unbelievable they came out on the holiday. Tim was incredibly professional the moment he arrived and went step by step to pinpoint the problem. Tim was telling me everything he was doing which gave me a ton of confidence he knew the trade very well, and that built a great relationship with me from the get go. He solved my HVAC problem and his prices are very affordable and competitive. I recommended Tim to my brother and he again did a great job at his house. I highly recommend Signature Service HVAC to anyone and everyone.

We experienced a carbon monoxide scare yesterday and had to call the fire department right away. Tim came through the next morning and fixed both of my furnaces. He did a great job. Thanks Tim!
