I asked for a filter upon my request for service - I did not get one, two weeks later I get an estimate. Not responsive for a problem that demands immediate attention.

Dave was the best in town so far. If you are looking to get your HVAC fixed don’t look anywhere. We were very pleased with their services. They arrived in timely manner and works with your timing slot. I had a HVAC issues and this is the company who were honest and trustworthy to deal with. Most recommended company to work with.

Such great customer service!! I really appreciate Chintan and all of his help! Chintan was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and really nice when fixing the issue with my hvac. He explained what was going on, answered questions I had and offered a few helpful suggestions. Great experience.
Had a floor drain that was smelling like sewage and beginning to release liquid. Had another plumber come out that had said it was fixed but happened again. They came, left and got bigger equipment, fixed the block, cleaned up, were personable and punctual and I was relieved and happy. GREAT COMPANY and will use again for sure! My awesome neighbor recommended.
Regular service options are at a reasonable cost. They checked everything!

Tech was very forthcoming about looking for but not finding the reason for the power outage yet. Said would return with other tech in order to find it. Also seemed very knowledgable about diagnosing goofy job previous contractor did. Job's not done yet, but am confident at this point.
Professional, All good but to pricy for someone to come out and detect the problem. Maybe a discount for long time clients and senior discounts like me who is on limited budget. Also only accepting credit cards. I used my debit card previously and had no problem. I realize everything has gone up but please be considerate and have a heart 💜
I had been told by one of the bigger outfits that a humidifier couldn't be attached to my furnace. Service Max came out and installed it plus an air purifier in a neat, thorough workmanlike way, without even a hint of the relentless upselling that I experienced from other places.
I found ServiceMax after placing a service request on Yelp. Mike quickly responded back with a thorough reply and gave me a quick estimate. Hourly rate was fair and competitive. They were able to accommodate my schedule and were over in just a few days to install my new ceiling fan. Dave, the electrician, was on time, fast, friendly, and professional. The install took less than an hour and I’m very happy I went with these guys. I highly recommend ServiceMax and will be using them in the future.
The entire ServiceMax team was professional, hard working, on-time, neat and very customer oriented. All of their employees that I met were extremely outgoing and courteous. The SpacePak system they installed works really well and was sized appropriately. Any damage that occurred during the opening of the walls & ceiling was patched and painted, to the point that it’s no longer visible. Their price / value proposition is outstanding (especially when you consider their warranty). Every single item owner Mike Malek promised when he provided his estimate, was delivered upon (even to the point that Mike himself went up in the attic to see why the unit initially was cycling on/off too rapidly). ServiceMax is a team that does not disappoint. I will hire them again for any future projects that I have.
From pricing to installation, we experienced service and customer support the way it should be. This is what separates Servicemax from its competitors. In an age where trust and value seems to be something completely lost on companies, Servicemax offers an honest approach with high quality results. We will be happy to work with them for years to come. I just wish they could branch out to more sectors/industries and show other companies how things should be done.
