We’ve got a 97 year old house that, years ago, Greg fitted with flexible mini-ducts throughout, and an air conditioner. It was like a new house. And it’s proven to be a fantastic relationship with Sutor - our house stays cool and Greg’s team keeps it that way. But I’m writing this review because of this morning’s experience, when the AC wouldn’t come on. At 8:00am, I left a vm telling them the problem. At 9:02 I got a call from Greg. At 10:15 the doorbell rang. And at 11:25 we’re all back up and running after a filter change. We LOVE these guys.
Sutor Heating was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so happy I went with them when I needed to replace the central AC unit in my condo. Greg Sutor is super knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through my options. His techs installed my new unit quickly and were very professional. I’ve also used them for the annual clean and check maintenance on my heating/AC and couldn’t be happier with their service. They do great work and are worth every penny!
Greg and the team here are fantastic. I’ve used their services for both my home and business as well as referred them to clients. They do a very thorough job identifying what the issues are as well as explaining them to the customer, and giving options for solutions! Would never trust my HVAC service with anyone else.
Greg and company always give great and professional service. Greg will always give you advice on how to do a job even if you won’t be using his services. His workers are friendly and you barely even know they are there. His prices are very competitive as well.
This is a scammer and a bad company the owner of this company does not pay for work I have done their work it is not paying my two hundred dollars so don't do their work anymore because it does not pay the owner is a xcam and a bad company
Stay away...Had worked done previously and called to have new work done. Never sent a quote after calling 5 times.
Called and emailed to request a quote on replacing my current 20 yr old unico system and no one ever called or emailed me back. Guess they are not interested in new business.
Very responsive and extremely helpful diagnosing the problem. Great communication throughout. A customer for life!
I called Sutor to quote out a mini split system for our converted attic that gets extremely hot. I called the office after not hearing anything from them for a few days using their online request system. When I called, they answered right away and took my info said that Greg would call me back later that day to schedule a time (which he did). We scheduled for the next day and he was on time. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my I needed to know. He said he'd have some sample photos over to me along with my quote the following week (it was a Friday). Nothing the next week so I called on Monday of the following week, no answer and left voice message. Called again on Tuesday, same thing. Called and emailed Wednesday, crickets. I've asked around within a Facebook group and it seems I'm not the first to be ghosted by Sutor and I'm sure I won't be the last. They don't even have my money yet and aren't being responsive I can only imagine how (not) responsive they'll be after they have my money, even with a produce that needs yearly maintenance!

They took up a considerable amount of time visiting my home in order to do an estimate. It’s a month later and a quote has not been provided despite two calls to request it. Unprofessional and a waste of my time.

He is old school when it comes to respect of one's home and delivering service and product as promised.His service men are top gun and we shall never deal with anyone but him.
