Spannuth does maintenance on our vintage condos boiler. Always professional and knowledgeable. This year, they installed a new hot water heater. The total cost was way under the nearest estimate, which was $3,000 more. Got the job done on time. Highly recommended.
Not enough space to share my comments. Totally displeased with that company and its owners. Never really had confidence in their service. I could share recent pictures I took in our condos maintc room, but that would only aggravate me more than my current level. I would never recommend this company. To bad there aren't minus stars to give for ratings

Takes them too long to get to service site, never available , once my company waited 2 weeks for them to do service . Ok I get it, fall and winter are busy for heating companies. But when we have emergency and radiator is leaking water to apartment below and we need them to come all we hear is " can you have someone shut off radiator valve " . Then they say they will come on the next day and they don't. Very bad customer service.
These guys are the best! I had a small stainless steel welding job that required delicate work and an expert eye. It was probably the smallest job they ever had but treated me like it was a million dollar contract.
