Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. was very professional in my experience with them. They were responsive and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. Their sales person was well-trained, friendly and non pressuring. Work was done correctly and quickly for a fair price and good warranty.
If not for all the positive reviews I would have said this business is a scam. I called today and spoke to a scheduler who said someone would come out between the hours of 4-7pm and would call me 30min before hand. He got my debit card over the phone and pre-charged me $259.00 for todays visit. 7pm rolls around I haven’t heard from anyone so I decided to call them back. They tell me “all of our technicians are busy can we reschedule to MONDAY?” (It’s currently Thursday by the way). I confirmed with him that they have in fact charged my card for TODAYS appointment and I’m basically trapped using this business because: 1. I can’t afford to wait to get this money back in my account and pay a second more reliable company to come out to check out my AC 2. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard from a single person to let me know they were basically standing me up 3. I would have been calling other businesses to see if anyone else could assist me, but it’s now past 7pm and way too late in the day. I paid $259.00 to have no one show up and no one call me. They finally told me someone will be out tomorrow between 10-1 but something really rubs me the wrong way about being charged for *agreed* upon services (same day visit) to then have them renege on their end of the bargain while money is now out of my account.
Duncan is a family business that does quality air duct cleaning work at a reasonable price. The technicians were both friendly and respectful when they arrived time. They were professional and did an amazing job cleaning out the vents, which took around 3 hours. The amount of dog hair and dust removed was incredible to see. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOTuse these people, They were supposed to diagnose and fix the system if possible. They send out independent contrators with very litlle knowledge of Heating cooling( the guy also cleans gutters and washes windows). The person they sent wanted to do $1600 worth of service to my heating system and he could not tell me if would fix the problem. Meanwhile, I called a different comapany who came out, and within 5 minutes said, your secondary heat exchanger has expired, it is a known problem with this Carrier Furnace and it can be replaced for free, Or you can get new system with a sizeable rebate. He said anybody who has been in HVAC would know that Carrier and Bryant lost a class action suite and this is the settlement.
I was impressed from start to finish. The sales person was very professional, no high pressure sales tactics. They were honest about their services and the cost. I felt that the price was reasonable for the product. The installation crew was on time. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Henry was great. He explained things in a way I could understand. I felt confident that I wasn’t being taken advantage of as far as cost of repair. He left my furnace in good working order, so I am great full for the quick and efficient repair. Now neither me nor my pipes will freeze tonight.
