After listening to a loud rattling coming from my furnace all winter, and another HVAC company telling me it was normal, I called House of Heat. They had a technician out in a couple hours, who diagnosed the problem in about 1.3 seconds and had it repaired the next day. My home is now blessedly quiet. I want to give a special shout out to Robert from House of Heat. Our boiler’s motor was making a horrible rattling sound on Thanksgiving morning (of course) and we had to shut off the unit. Robert responded quickly and arrived to our house extremely quickly given the holiday. He immediately diagnosed the problem and now it is working better than before. He also found another potential issue and ordered us a new part right away. Highly recommend House of Heat for their professionalism and their quick and efficient work.

The home warranty company that we typically use, sent two heat repair technicians to our home for our noisy heating system. Each one gave a different diagnosis of the problem, which eventually caused us to be without heat at all. We were all set to pay nearly $1000 for a new motor and housing…with a warning that we wouldn’t have heat for about two weeks. But we decided to get a third opinion. We called the HVAC company that installed our unit many years ago, but they no longer serviced our area. So we called a couple of other places and landed with House of Heat. Their service proved to be just as wonderful as all of the reviews indicated. First they arrived at our home within an hour or so of our call. “Rich” was the technician, who came overly prepared. He immediately got to work, and found the problem right away. He showed us the damage to the system (caused by one of the warranty company techs we had). But he said he believed he could get us heat...and he did!!! I believe we did a Happy Dance in the basement. He told us that we should consider changing out the motor, but it would last a while with his fix. We agreed, and we will definitely request him when we call House of Heat before summer to order and install it. Not only did Rich get us heat, he was timely, professional, friendly and apparently well experienced. When we complained about the other repair techs that came, he asked us to give them a break, as he was new 20 years ago. He said he just built his knowledge through the years. We thought that was very admirable of him, and we understood. Oh…and the price for the repair was near unbelievable…I had to ask him twice if he was sure…and he was. This was one of the BEST experiences we’ve had with a repair technician in many many years. Thank you Rich and Thank you House of Heat! You have a new customer when needed for our HVAC needs.

We've used House of Heat for years and have been very happy with the service they provide. The furnace went out last week during a major cold snap. Robert was here quickly and did a great job getting us back up and running. We did have a not great experience with the next tech who came when the furnace stopped again--misdiagnosed the issue completely. But H of H sent Robert back to reexamine the furnace, as THEY had concerns. Different diagnosis. Gave me instructions on how to address the issue should the heat go out again until he could come back and fix it. He just finished. Great job--and it came in under the estimate I was given. Thank you, Robert and House of Heat!

My wife texted me at work on a Friday mid-morning that the thermostat was not working properly, soon followed by another text that flames were coming out the side of the boiler. I immediately called House of Heat, they came out for service call in about 2 hours, technician said boiler vents had calcified, proactively drained the radiator system so we would not have frozen pipes. Estimator Josh came over 90 minutes later, worked out the details, went back to office to give us a quote. Called up a place or two and this quote seemed well within an acceptable range with what they said. Since they didn't want us to be without heat for the weekend, they had a crew come out Saturday morning at 8am and installed everything perfectly. Boiler looks fantastic, answered all my annoying questions about what the different pipes and valves do and cleaned up great. All in, we called them up on a Friday around 1pm, and got a new boiler installed, while the crew left Saturday around 1pm. I wouldn't have believed to get a nice warm house in 24 hours, but they pulled it off. Extremely pleased with the job, and I could not recommend them enough.
