Highly recommend Zark, Bill showed up on time for A/C clean and check. He was polite and wore coverings to ensure my house remain clean and provided detailed report on findings and pictures.
Rob is by far the most professional person in this industry that I’ve ever known. I was shopping around for different quotes and things I wanted for a new furnace and AC unit, and I wasn’t having a lot of good experiences with people and their professionalism. So, I gave Rob a call and had him come out to give me a quote, and I had a bunch of questions, and he answered every single one. Over the year that I have learned different things about these systems, and HVAC altogether, there were a few instances where I could’ve been screwed, but Rob did not. Everything was top-notch, 100%. He really cares about his profession and wants the customer to have the best experience possible. The installation was awesome. A few weeks later, there was an issue in the furnace (NOT Zark’s fault), Rob was able to quickly diagnose and find it and fix it within minutes. A year later, I got my first annual service on the equipment and inspection and everything is the day it was installed. In a world that is unrecognizable today, it is nice to see honesty and passion and kindness. His prices are also very competitive I believe they’re really is nowhere else to go in the area for HVAC. So thank you for this.

I use ZARK for maintenance on my heating and cooling unit. I have had 2 separate instances where my furnace wasn’t working and it was cold out. I called and spoke to Kristy who had a repair tech come out that day to fix my heat. I was so thankful that someone could come out so fast and fix my unit. I would also like to say that I am a single mom and their fees are affordable. I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan so this way ZARK comes out and checks my furnace to make sure everything is running well for the upcoming seasons. The techs are professional and very nice. The service is great and so are the employees. I highly recommend ZARK for your heating and cooling guys!!!

My furnace went out in March during a cold spell, and Rob came out within an hour to take a look. Long story short, I ended up needing to either repair my 30year old furnace or buy a new one. Rob and his team were amazing! He kept an open line of communication and his team was very professional the whole time. They completed the project within the time frame stated and cleaned up the area before leaving better than other service people have in the past for various work. Zark is the way to go!

My husband and I have been very happy with this company. We’ve used them for a few years now, and we’ve always been satisfied with their service. One technician in particular has been very helpful. Last time he was out at our house he spent over an hour with us, just answering all of our questions about the heating and cooling systems in our house. I didn’t feel rushed, and the tech was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he took his time with us, and answered all of our questions and made sure all of our issues were resolved before leaving.
Zark heating will be my new furnace and air conditioner check yearly and repair service company! Rob was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with his work! I never write reviews but I wrote this one because it is hard to find a company like this one!!! Very Pleased! Will refer to friends and family!

Great experience with Zark Heating & Cooling! We installed a new furnace a few years back which was very reasonably priced and Zark installation was timely and professional. Recently called for an issue and they sent someone the next day. Minor issue and they actually told my husband what needed to be fixed and he fixed it himself saving us $.
I had a great experience using Zark. They were knowledgeable and honest when it came to my repairs and why it made sense to replace my a/c unit after refilling the coolant didn't work. Price was very fair and significantly less than the major HVAC company in the area.
Zark is great to do business with. We use them all the time. Even walked me through a quick fix when I had an issue.

We recently had our control board replaced by Zark. Bill and his associate did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing the problem. I appreciated their thorough explanation as to the problem and felt they were 100% honest. We found Zark on the New Lenox what's happening Facebook site and they came highly recommended. I would definitely recommend them as well.
This company is tops in customer service, timely installation and repair and fair pricing. The labor they provide is highly skilled and very impressive. Don’t bother comparing, they are the BEST!!
Rob the owner from Zark Heating and Cooling is a very knowledgeable and great person. His crew came and handled my issues w great professionalism and promptness. It’s a great family owned business that you feel not taken advantage of when the work is done. Would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends
After reading all of the other good reviews here and on Facebook, I decided to call them when my heat would not stay on. It was a fast, easy phone call (I hate making phone calls), they were on time and diagnosed my problem and reset my furnace and we were good to go. I will definitely call them for a quote on a new system.
I called to make an appointment. They were out the same day. They worked quickly and the price was right in line. I'll not only use them again but will highly recommend them.
