My furnace went out on Sunday morning in relatively cold weather. I called S&S Mechanical Services Inc. at 8am. They came and repaired my furnace at 11 am. They fixed the issue, explained and were really clean about it. They literally offered to take their shoes off before coming in my home, which was a nice gesture!
These guys do a very professional job of cleaning the furnace and even took apart the blower section to clean it inside. Overall, very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them in the future.

After the initial visit they charged us $250 for the diagnosis but after that never responded to quote or schedule the repairs. I called at least 3-4 times to get the quote for a compressor replacement but same lame excuse that the person who handles your account on the phone I'll have her call you back. After waiting for over 3 weeks I called a different company and the job was completed in 2 days. Maybe they're very busy but at least communicate.
