There were two gentlemen that came to clean our ductwork. They were professional and courteous. There was no mess after they left. We are happy with the result.
I use them for all my repairs for my house and for all of my family. They always figure out and fix the issue.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with Jason from Update for greater than 20 years. From large installs to small jobs at both my home and office they have never let me down. I have referred them to several family members, friends, and colleagues who have all given me fantastic feedback. I would highly recommend Update Heating and Cooling Services without reservation. Most recently I had one of my AC units at the office fail. After a call to Dawn it was fixed within a few hours by Chris who was very professional.
Our AC went out and we got a bunch of estimates and UPDATE was the most reasonably priced and most personable and informative, I felt like I was being talked to and explained reasons for everything, not just being sold something. The 2 technicians who installed our ac and furnace were professional, clean and everything works perfectly. If you need ac or heating services I would highly recommend giving UPDATE a call, you won't regret it.

I requested to replace my hot water heater and to reconfigure the gas line, electrical box and furnace vents. Chris came out, provided me with an estimate and was able to do the work the following day. Chris was on time and did an excellent job. He replaced the water heater, replaced the water lines, and reconfigured the entire furnace area to give me more room. He was polite, neat, worked hard and cleaned the entire area before he left. He did a great job.
Update Heating & Cooling, arrived at my residence at the agreed upon time. The workers were customer focused, and polite. Ready to answer all my questions and concerns. I've used them many times in the past, and they are my go to HVAC company and would easily recommend them
Heat went out. Repairman came out that night late and repaired it. Price was extremely fair considering time, materials, and time of night. Definitely would recommend.

Chris was phenomenal and found something that, if continued, threatened my whole furnace. He took the time to teach me something to avoid failure in the future and he did not talk down to me about a practice I was using which was flawed. Thank you for the great service, Chris

Breath of fresh air!! Concerned and caring of my needs as a customer. Promptly came out and assessed the problems I had and clearly suggested and defined the best solution. The team showed early on the scheduled day and went to work, truly the most professional installers I’ve experienced, not just fixing substandard workmanship from previous installer, but breaking it down and doing it right. Update Heating and Cooling knows how to treat their customers right. Thank goodness there is still a business out there focused on the customer and not only a profit. Phenomenal workmanship, professionalism, and service.
We were having issues with our A/C not cooling the house. Once we called, they came out within the next day. They confirmed our compressor was out and that we were still under warranty. They said they would reach out the next day to set up time to replace. They contacted us the next morning, stated they had one in stock and immediately set up an appointment for that afternoon to replace. They came out as they stayed and didn’t even charge us for labor to boot! We can’t say enough good things about their promptness and generosity in the labor. Especially as we are headed to the dog days of summer. Much appreciated.

Ryan was on time and did a great job trouble shooting my heating and Ac units. When out and got the parts from the supplier the same day and repaired the Heating unit and replaced a faulty zone controller. Very pleased with the work. I have used Update on several occasion and they always deliver.
