I’ve been communicating with Marco for about 4 months he sent a tech out in February to assist with my replacement of my AC unit. My warranty company has been very difficult to communicate with he has contacted them on numerous occasions at times he was more successful than I was but make a long story short we are now in process of Marco and team coming out to install my new AC unit he has been very patient with the process thanks Marco

Excellent experience using this company. Marco responded quickly and was able to help us in a timely manner especially when our AC went out on one of the hottest days this summer. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to our friends/family!

Not sure where to start from! All I can say is for all of July 4th weekend and prior to that my family (with two little kids) where in a 90 degree house with no AC. All we needed with an AC fixed and we had a representative from this company come out 3 times with the issue not being fixed. We had another company come in and they knew what the issue was right away and got us breathing again. Sometimes it is best to take accountability which I didn't see here! They are trying to blame this on a rat (which both my husband and I knew they would do). The other company however noted they did not believe the rat caused the wire connected to the thermostat to short as the issue was coming from the wires inside the house that had been tampered with.
This is the best company to use for your HVAC needs. We’ve used them for every HVAC service we’ve ever needed and they’ve always come through for us. No matter the weather or time, they make themselves available to serve your needs. Highly recommend!
Marco has always shown up on time and is always extremely professional. He takes the time to go over all our questions and never makes me feel rushed. Definitely will continue to use him.
Marco and his team were professional, and incredibly honest. Never once did he try to up sell or charge me for things that were not necessary, which kept cost low. I was very grateful for the fast installation and above all the upfront honesty. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!!!
I was assigned Comfortable Climate through a warranty company due to my furnace breaking. They were very responsive and prompt when coming to check it out. The furnace ended up needing to be replaced and I had some additional electrical issues; Comfortable Climate went above and beyond to make sure all problems were fixed by working with the warranty company to get an electrician to come out. The new furnace is working great and I feel confident in its longevity knowing that they stand behind their work.
Marco did a great job! He was very helpful in communicating with the warranty company to get my new furnace. The guys even did a great job accommodating my schedule and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them!
This company was assigned to me by my home warranty insurance when my heat went out. I reached out to them twice, even though they are supposed to contact me per my hwa contract and I had my insurance reach out to them. They couldn’t even reply to say they’re busy, make an appointment in a few days, or tell me to look elsewhere, which i did end up doing. May actually cancel my home warranty policy if I’m going to be assigned unresponsive companies like this. It’s ok if you’re booked, but at least let someone know that instead of no response. Bite me. I will not try using this company again not did find a company I will use- even if my policy doesn’t cover it.
Terrible communication. Completely unreliable. Technician scheduled an appointment for NO HEAT for 11 am - 2 pm and never showed up. No one is answering the company phone or tech's cell phone all day. It's 5:30 pm and 12 degrees outside, and we still have no heat. No response to multiple calls, texts, emails. Company called the next day to apologize with no explanation. Too late! They offered to send a gift certificate for $100 to use for a future appointment. More than a week later, we still have not received that gift certificate. Still unreliable!
We connected with Marco from Comfortable Climate through our home warranty when our AC went out less than a week after moving into our new house. Marco and his team were timely and professional in setting an appointment, arriving on time, and getting the work done quickly and efficiently. In addition, they helped me out when I discovered a baby mouse had chewed through our basement window screen and gotten stuck between screen and window while they were there. They retrieved the mouse and set him free elsewhere. If that's not going above and beyond the call of duty, I don't know what is! Thank you guys SO MUCH for quickly fixing our broken AC and for the mouse rescue! We will be calling on you again for any heating and cooling needs in the future and recommend you to anyone else in need.

Could NOT be happier with the level of service that I received from Luis, today! He called to let me know that he was on his way (within the allotted time window), was polite, courteous, and took the time to explain different aspects of my AC unit and how things worked. Comfortable Climate will be my "go-to" HVAC company from here on out. Extremely happy!
