First off, THEY ROCK!!! Brian serviced the old unit at my house and got it working but also suggested we look into a new unit, explained all and pointed us in the right direction. Dawn at the office, great personal experience just over phone, and really that's where the experience starts, in any service really.. And Chris who actually did the install was awesome, before he even entered the house he put the the traps and prep the house, from there on it was smooth, helped with a few things and answered all the questions, showed me a few things I never knew and even cleaned up a couple things from previous install the previous owners had done. Thank you to everyone at Best, I am so happy I found a company and people out here that take the time to explain, walk you through and help make the right decision.. Thank You all again.
Chis from Best Heating and Cooling Inc. provided outstanding professional service. He helped me determine the best avenue to solve my HVAC issues and superbly installed a new humidifier.

Nice company, nice services and amazing staff. They repaired my A/C at a cheaper price compared to my previous client and they are the best in this business.

Our furnace light was blinking an error. Matt came out and found a bug in our trap drain, cleaned it out and the furnace was running good as new!

This place is truly the best!!!! I called all over the place nobody else answered or even responded. Dawn answer the phone on the first ring and assured me somebody would be out there in a few hours. Within 30 minutes I had Chris the technician call me telling me that he was on his way. I was so relieved!!! I'm definitely going to recommend this place to everybody I know. Definitely save the day!!!!!
Well these guys are truly the best!!! I have a newborn baby and our heat went out on a Sunday night. I called 4 other heating contractors That said they offer 24-hour service and they didn't even answer the phone!!! when I called best Heating and cooling they answered it on the second ring and the lady was very pleasant to work with. Within another 45 minutes they had a technician out to my house. Matt was able to fix it right on the spot. I am definitely going to tell all my friends about this company. Thanks again to everybody that helped us on this cold Sunday night!!!
I recently had Best Heating and Cooling perform a yearly maintenance of my air conditioning unit. Very thorough job at a good price. Highly recommend them.
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Best Heating & Cooling. Hottest day of the year and my air went out. I have breathing issues so having air conditioning on hot days is crucial to my health. The owner Jason not only scheduled my appointment, but came to do the work himself. He was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and personable. He explained exactly what he was doing, and answered any questions I had. The pricing was well below any other company I contacted. He was even so kind as to clean everything up after the job was finished. If you're in need of heating or a/c work and want excellent service, very reasonable prices and respectful employees then this is the company to go with. I would recommend Best Heating & Cooling to anyone and will go with them in the future!
Last winter my boiler main pipe broke. I had a few heating companies come out and Jason with Best formerly Update heating was one of them. Jason came by they next day gave me the best estimate. I decided to go with Update heating. They removed my old boiler and installed a new high efficiency boiler in a very fast and professional manner. I would recommend Best for your heating and cooling needs.
Jason and his employees are the best. It can be troublesome to find a company with a trustworthy work ethic. We found Best Heating and Cooling Inc. to be just that. They are respectful, honest and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. We also found his prices to be very reasonable. Just give them a call you won't be sorry!
Prompt, courtious & EXTREMELY professional! The technician who came to my home was respectful of both me & my home. All & all service was GREAT & price wise they beat all the other estimates I had received I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Mike B
