Had Doug's Heating install a new furnace, and heat pump system my technician Seth and his assistant arrived on time,were very professional throughout the whole process. They were the best team I have ever had to work on my house Seth kept us informed all day as to their progress they were the best ,they respected our house as if was their own, clean up was great like they were never there I have used Doug's for the last 25 years 😀 and have always been impressed with there service so there was never any worry there but this time it was way above what we expected thank you once again for a great job Seth, and Doug's Heating

Everything was handled smoothly and the air conditioner works efficiently. There remains the freon leak, which, I assume will be covered by my 12-year warranty.

Seth installed a new a/c unit for us. He arrived on time, kept us informed of his progress and fully explained everything to us. The old unit was promptly taken away as well as the packaging material. Great job, Seth! We have been a customer of Doug’s for decades and have had similar experiences throughout the years. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and Seth was certainly not an exception to that! These guys know their stuff!
Trained technicians that take care of any issues or if they come in for yearly maintenance, I have never had a problem. I would recommend them to family & friends!
Josh, our tech is always on time, professional, informative and all around a great employee of Doug's Htg and A/C. We had to replace our furnace and A/C unit. They scheduled quickly and Chris was on time, professional and had the job done in one day. I have used their services for many years. I highly recommend them. You will not be sorry when you call them for service.
Brian was on time, professional, efficient. He knew what he was doing.. We will be getting other quotes before settling on a particular ac unit .What we were shown looks good, not too expensive, but we have no comparison at this point

Well, today is June 13 still have not heard from you about the estimate. Used them before but had a good experience. Salesman didn’t seem interested in the job.
The technician Joe was nice and professional. I feel like he did a good job. He spent quite awhile cleaning the air conditioner and recommended a possible future upgrade for 1 part. Very satisfied with the service provided.
