I just got air conditioning. The guys showed up a little after 8am and were done by noon. They worked so fast and efficiently ~ and were so considerate and polite; it was a perfect teamwork project. The air conditioning works phenomenal! It's FANTASTIC! Bill's guys are the BEST! Lastly and most importantly, I trust Bill & his team to give the best price on the market ~ they are HONEST and will treat you with the utmost respect.
Luckily I have never needed to leave a negative review before today. I have had contact with this company’s service department twice. First time my wife called about scheduling a service call and said they were not very friendly. About a year later I called and was very disappointed in their customer service. The lady in service was very rude and felt like I was inconveniencing her by calling her to spend money with them. Spent over $25k for HVAC system...will look elsewhere next time!
We had a demanding project that involved Bill's removing an old boiler for heat and a air handler that was in the attic for the A/C. They installed new high efficiency heating and air with all new duct work. Joe (sales) was thorough in his quoting so we understood exactly what they were going to do and they did everything he said they would in the timeframe quoted. Bill's was 30%+ less than several other contractors we had quoted. The installers were friendly and Joe stopped in everyday to check on the job. I would absolutely recommend Bill's.
