Seasoned professionals every step of the way; from initial inspection all the way to installation of new furnace and AC. Sales people, office admin, and installers are the kind of people that you want ro do business with. Quoted a very fair price for high quality equipment. Seriously, this is way more than a job well done, this is a top notch organization, and I knew I was in good hands from start to finish. They are my HVAC go to from now on.
I had emergency service on my AC unit. Kevin was the technician that did the service-- he did a fantastic job on locating the problem/ issue & had the unit up/ running properly in short period of time. We discussed the work that was done & we went over a few things about the AC unit. He was great to talk to-- very friendly/respectful & very thoughtful. I'm very satisfied with the team members at Temperature Pro & highly recommend them.
Amazing service! The crew was on time. Extremely professional and extremely proficient. They made sure that everything was done exactly as it should be. Hopefully it won't be necessary in the near future but would definitely use them again.

Dan was very respectful and professional. His knowledge was extremely crucial in diagnosing the problem. He took quick action, as I had pipes leaking, and turned off the heat. He was able to get 3 men to come out and do the work. Also he put me on a finance plan. Mike has a lot of experience as a technician. He is proficient and diligent.

From the excellent, responsive, professional communications by Amanda at their home base to every single interaction with technicians, we’ve been wholly pleased with the TemperaturePro team. To our initial dismay, we’d been compelled to replace the entire HVAC system: Thermostat, A/C, Furnace, and Humidifier. Great company to work with. They are so professional and easy to work with. We had a warranty issue with our A/C that Dan had to drive to a vendor to retrieve the replacement part. Such customer service. We decided to purchase and install a new furnace while they had the unit apart for A/C repair. Awesome job all around.
My technician was Edgar Hernandez. He was on time, and extremely professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about company. From Dan Brown explaining every step to the two nice installers this company is what every company should be. Will definitely use again. Update: After getting the air scrubber, I was skeptical at first but having two cats and friends with cat allergies I took the plunge. I cannot recommend the air scrubber more for my house. The air feels cleaner and smells cleaner and it's been easier to breathe through the winter. I can see it working with the ecobee sensors for air quality, too. Highly recommended.
Questions were answered, service call was efficient. I have not made any service decisions yet.

I came home from work one night to a 43° house. I called them and they were here within 2 hours. Very professional and explained everything. They now have me as a customer for life.
I highly recommend Temperature Pro for all your heating/cooling needs. Last Friday our furnace was on it's way out Dan came by as the owners daughter called him to check the furnace. We spoke with Amanda about financing & told us a crew would be out Christmas Eve morning at 8:00am or before, about an hour later Amanda called us back & told us that she was sending a crew out the same day & they should arrive about 3:00pm. Mike & Ulysses took out the old furnace & put in the new one, they definitely took great care of us especially with that harsh cold that Friday. They were & are a Heaven Send !!!!!
Edgar was fantastic! He will be following up tomorrow morning to see if we can get the part we need. He was honest and sincere about what could and could not be accomplished due to the holiday.
We called at midnight and was able to have a tech out at 7am the next day on Christmas eve. Everyone was super professional and helpful, would recommend them to everyone.
Not enough stars to put up for this company. My uncle's heater was going out & Dan came out to check it out which we determined it needed to be replaced. With financing the job was to start the following day which would've be Saturday at 8:00am, when Amanda who help us with financing called back & told us a crew would be out the same day. Mike & Ulysses both took great care of us on this job, being very professional & making sure the new unit was working properly. They All Were A Heaven Send & A Blessing. I recommend them for your heating & cooling needs, they definitely have are future business 💯💯💯💯💯💯
