Tim, Aaron and John from Integrity Heating company came out to replace my air conditioner when the lawn care folks at the HOA for my condominium cut the copper line causing the release of all the R22 refrigerant. We’ve done business with Integrity Heating & Cooling for at least five years. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home in 2021. The air conditioner started giving us problems after the first year. Integrity has repaired it as needed but at a cost, which was surprising for a new AC unit. The furnace has been fine but the humidifier broke and they never replaced it. In the summer of 2023 the air conditioning stopped working and they wouldn’t stand by their work. We ended up going to another HVAC service who encouraged us to go back to Integrity as the air conditioner shouldn’t be giving us so many problems. I’ve called Integrity for over 3 days and asked to speak with the Service Manager but it has gone 3 full days without a return call. We’ve been without AC for almost a week and it seems like the Service Manager is avoiding my calls. I feel stuck waiting for Integrity to just respond. I just want it fixed and to not dump more money into a new AC.

Integrity heating and cooling company has maintained it’s professionalism and quality of contractors that they send out to your home to do any repairs or maintenance. I have been with this company for the last six years and I’ve had no problems with any of the products that they have installed. Sean was my contractor and he was great! He was on time, professional, extremely thorough and gave useful recommendations. He had a great attitude and cared about providing exceptional customer service. He didn’t waste anytime and finished within the timeframe he set. I appreciated his performance and professionalism! I recommend anyone to use Integrity heating and cooling.

Installed new furnace. Came out four times to adjust because temperature of air was not high enough. On the fourth time (in a year) they told me it was my fault for lack of maintenance and charged me. No consideration for all my aggravation, my time waiting for the technicians to arrive, my time waiting while the technicians made the repair, and my cost for the furnace running longer since air coming out was not at the right temperature causing excessive gas use

Update: Their service maintenance plan is subpar. They charge a premium (>$300), but their technicians are inexperienced. Every visit they seem to need help with troubleshooting (eg. how to install air filter, wire pushed out inadvertently by them, even cleaner tool stuck in duct, etc), Their ability to measure or understand the sub cooling on AC units is questionable. I don't mind paying the premium cost IF the quality and experience service tech is provided. They are suppose to do an air quality test...but they didn't have the courtesy to provide the results. They also did not replace my humidifier filter as they should have. Their technicians are not courteous...if you don't want the job then find another one. The review before was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly they don't strive for quality service. Finally, I cancelled my service plan and mentioned all these short fallings.... no response and not a care. Good luck staying competitive. Recommendations for improvement: due to COVID 19 employee should be more diligent in wearing proper PPE (at least if you care about this). Also, caution should be taken when cleaning inside furnace and being in and out of the wires. A final check should be performed to make sure everything is ok. Had to troubleshoot to find out wire had been inadvertently disconnected inside furnace. I think these small but important steps could really make the experience exceptional (as claimed by Integrity Heating and Cooling).

Integrity Heating is probably the best in the business! Their prices are fair their products are A1 reputable and the warranties and maintenance plans available are over the top! I put in a service call and they sent someone within the hour. Our serviceman was very knowledgeable took his time explaining what he was doing he was professional friendly and very respectful of our home! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new furnace or air conditioner! Kudos 10 Stars for Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning!
