2023: Highly reliable company. Did a/c check up. Keith, the serviceman, was on time, curteous and professional. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Special Spring rate Highly recommend this Mokena company. Older 2019:AC went out in late afternoon. Tim was out by 940am the next day and took care of the problem. We discovered another issue and he had 2 men come out later in the afternoon and take care of the issue that was affecting the air flow on 1 half of my home. Tim and his men were prompt, courteous efficient and highly professional. I found their pricing to be fair. I will be recommending the company to others. Had a check up and need new ac unit which I have been planning for. Service man was friendly and efficient. Tim and another installer came in and installed A/C unit a week later. Again friendky, professional and efficient. Fairly priced. Tim and his crew are great guys. Highly recommend them.
After a lot of comparing I went with AirSource for a new furnace/ac. I am really glad I did. Im very happy with both the product I bought and the reliable service from Tim. I have not had any problems with my system but I know that if I ever do, Tim will take care of it quickly and reasonably.

Couldn’t be happier with Air Source 1. First warm day of the season of course our AC made a very loud noise and stopped working. A technician was out at our business within a few hours and our air was up and running in no time! Very professional and amazing customer service. These are the guys to call. Thank you!

A technician came out and did an air conditioner tune-up and installed a thermostat for me. He was very respectful and knew what he was doing. I'm jumping ship from another HVAC company, to have my services done by Air Source 1. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I will continue to get my maintenance and tune-ups from them. They are my go to HVAC company. Honest and reliable.. Updated review I still use Air Source 1 for all my needs. Needed some repairs on my furnace. They took care of me. They won't upsell you anything. Give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Brian found a dangerous crack in my heat exchange and other issues with my very old unit. I was provided a fair estimate, honest advice, and financing options. I decided to replace both the A/C & furnace, due to age & issues with both, and replace my broken humidifier. The owner Tim & Brian came the next morning and replaced both in less time than expected, so my family was safe & did not have to go without heat very long. The furnace they quoted was not available, so I was provided an upgrade at no extra cost, as they wanted to honor the estimate. . They were pleasant yet professional and left the area very clean, taking all trash with them. Tim showed me the new units & made sure I knew how to work the humidifier. I very highly recommend this awesome business!
Air Source 1's team was professional and very responsive when I reached out for information. I appreciated the before and after pictures to see how dirty my vents were prior to the cleaning, especially in the areas I could not see. I would recommend their services to friends.
