Steve changed the furnace filter. Very pleasant. Professional. Laurie is very nice and arranged the service appointment. Climate Master is a very reputable company.

I purchased my current HVAC System from Climate Master in 2019 and they perform all annual heating and AC inspections. For this Fall heating inspection, Ashley setup the appointment and kept me informed of arrival time. I appreciated her diligence in following-up with a reminder the day before and an update on arrival time the day of the appointment. Moe was the HVAC technician, who incidentally was part of the installation crew. As usual, he was on-time, answered all my questions about the condition of the system, and before leaving, tested everything and annotated the Climate Master maintenance history sheet. I appreciate the professionalism of both Ashley and Moe. Thank you. Jim
This is the second time that Moe has serviced a furnace (ours and my son). He was very professional and thorough. I feel very confident in his ability to professionally clean the furnace and value his opinion on the mechanics. We have used Climatemaster for 16+ years. is like having a family member in the HVAC profession.

I have used climate master for more than 15 years and they have installed hvac systems in my outbuilding, a new air conditioner for my house and repaired more than I can remember. They have been my go to for years and I wouldn’t call anyone else.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with CMMC. They installed a furnace and a/c for us, came in well under other contractors on the quote, and delivered an excellent install and service since. I especially like that they didnt try to sell us units that were overkill for our home, unlike some other folks we had quote us. Highly recommended. Also recommend our technician Moe highly! He's always super professional and does a great job!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. I called this business to find out if they do new construction work. Before I could explain what I was looking for I was met with "We are not interested" and was hung up on. Imagine how I would be treated if I was an actual customer.
