Always on Saturday's long waiting line
Had an emergency had to get in touch with someone at this location but nobody answered the phone. This is very bad, This is very very bad
The tree stars actually mean 5 for the guys at the front desk, the blank 2 stars mean -5 stars to the lady manager at the corner office yelling at everyone to come to her office for questions she had, the front desk guys made a huge effort to stay cool at us customers when trying to satisfy her need of attention, that lady manager needs to read this! She made all of the customers feel very uncomfortable when all we wanted was to get our parts.
Terrible service. Its worth ordering online and waiting a day. You'll end up waiting just as long inside their supply house.

They make you wait forever in there for your equipment but I called for tech support for an rtu and Peter was very helpful great at his job get this guy a raise!!
Worst customer service ever. They barely pick up the phone. They’ve picked up and hung up several times. There is a lady in the back office who is always screaming and swearing. Don’t call this branch, call other locations.
Answer the phone or at least show interest in doing business. Line hangs after 3 minutes waiting.
