Scheduled an appointment with Chris for an estimate on a new AC unit. Within a day was emailed multiple different options we could choose from. Wound up replacing the outside AC unit and furnace due to the age ( almost 17 years old). We opted for higher efficiency units and Chris was able to get us rebates through our electric and gas provider which saved us money! Cory and Carlos were the installers who performed the repair. They were both very thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend Royal to anyone in need. Will continue to use through their maintenance program. Huge thank you to the entire team for getting us in and done before the heat wave!
We recently used Royal American for a large project that involved replacing two AC systems, a boiler along with piping and ducts. The work they did was nothing short of spectacular. Chris took a lot of time in consideration of our project and our site manager, Ray, was extremely experienced and professional. As this was an older house, some aspects of the project required imaginative solutions we just didn't see when getting quotes from other companies. I generally don't feel the need to write reviews but Royal American really delivered. Would not hesitate to recommend for any sized project.

Chris from Royal American was nothing short of fantastic. I was having a water leakage problem with my furnace where it was spilling out underneath the unit. Chris promptly arrived and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and happy to help fix the problem for my family. I’ve used Royal American for over ten years and have been pleased with their promptness and when our furnace stopped working they came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem in the middle of winter. Also used them to move vents when we moved into a “new” house that we opened up the floor plan and Royal American made it work. Great guys. I trust them enough to only use them!

Royal American inspected a home we are looking at buying and they did a great job! They were on time and provided a great service. We will be using them to install our new system.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Called, explained my problem of Nest thermostat not getting enough power (no common wire), asked them to make sure they had the expertise to fix before they came to my house. They said they did, sent a repairman who could not fix. Then proceeded to charge me hundreds of dollars despite not fixing. Owners are self-righteous and indignant and had no interest in taking responsibility. Look elsewhere for HVAC service or beware of being duped. In response to the owner below: Not calling names, I said you were being righteous and indignant. You were. I’ve never had an owner yell at me simply for asking to split a $200 bill. I did give you the opportunity to fix it. You couldn’t/didn’t. You tried and I was happy to pay the $90 fee for that. It’s the other $110 I asked for a refund on because I’m not sure why I’d pay you when you couldn’t fix the issue.
Jason was a very friendly professional guy. He arrived on time and helped to explain what he saw and what that meant for our system. Appreciated the advice and would highly recommend this company!

Contacted via email Sunday evening and heard back within hours to set up a repair visit Monday morning. Amazing! Technician was excellent. Walked me through the issues and explained the process for fixing. This is a great company and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.
My ac unit went out on the hottest dat of the year. I contacted Royal American and they sent Jason out immediately! Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He got us up and running in no time. I will definitely use This company again.
