Jack was the technician who came out to check our unit which had stopped working. He was very personable and very professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions.He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
R.J. Heating & Cooling come to service my AC unit replace my capacitor. Tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He uses these freon props that show you a very accurate way to see how your AC unit performs at the rate it is supposed to. I really enjoyed conversing with him as he worked. I even signed up for a service plan A++ work. I will recommend to friends and neighbors.
Jack was great! He did a great job servicing my furnace and humidifier. He installed 2 thermostats and explained everything along the way. I'm happy I called R.J. Heating & Cooling and feel good he explained the club program to take advantage of club benefits and and services in the future. Thanks again!

The technicians are very friendly and responsive. Jack was outstanding throughout the process. I'm very impressed with my unit and with the service I received from them. I'd definitely recommend them.
Great service. I receive a phone call when my service guy Mike was 20 minutes away. After Jack finished the majority of the work, he answered my questions about my furnace and gave me a few tips. I did not purchase this system but needed to have the warranty transferred. Jack walked me through the warranty and everything I needed to know.
