My experience with Riley Heating & Cooling was outstanding. My AC went out on a typical sweltering hot day here in Chicago. I called, spoke to a human quickly, and was able to get an appointment that day. Jason arrived on-time, explained what was going on (and why), and was able to get everything up and running in no time. I feel way more informed on my HVAC system after the visit and am happy (and cool). This was my first time using Riley and I will certainly use them going forward.
Great experience with Riley since we started using them a few years ago. George D, the service rep, was there on time. Offered helpful suggestions. Knows the building (a smaller condo bldg) and clearly knows his way around. Couldn't be more pleased with the efficient, helpful and professional service.
JasonM and Corey were great to work with. Told me what they were going to do each day when they were on site and walked me through the install when they were done. Prompt and courteous
Howard was a friendly and efficient serviceman. Everything went well as it always has with Riley servicemen. 40 years of continued service and never had a complaint.
Riley has the best service. We forgot about our A/C check and received a call to schedule and was able to get someone out the same day. Marty was extremely nice and courteous and did a great job. Customer service with Riley is always great!

Marty did an excellent job on the annual maintenance of our two AC units. He was on time and answered all of my questions.
We have been using Riley Heating & Cooling for decades. They are always responsive, do not try to sell what is not necessary, and professional in their assessments, repairs, and replacements. I appreciate that they always clean up as well. In February, the team installed a new Bryant heating system. In June, John H was out and took the time to explain after investigating my unfounded concerns.
So thankful nice repairman got my AC running again.
Cleaned out Condensation line and walked me thru the thermostat adjustments Don was very helpful.
