Technicians at US heating and cooling are knowledgeable, responsible, and respond quickly. We have worked with them twice and have be satisfied with their services both times. Will be hiring them every time we have issues with our hvac and AC. Thank you US heating and cooling for saving us on a hot humid day.
I had the best experience with this company. Irtiza was the best. He was polite, on time, he spent hours fixing the problem, he even went out his way to check all the filters in my home. I am not being paid for my review. This is an honest review.

This company was used by our home warranty company and the rep showed up for 5 minutes for a water heater that has been leaking and losing hot water on an off for weeks. Says we will hear from him and never did. I call the warranty company and they have closed our claim based on the rep's report that stated nothing was wrong. The claim is now reopen with another company. How is nothing wrong when it leaks and loses hot water? Clearly they don't want to work with a home warranty company so they should remove their name from the list of providers. What a waste of time and money. UPDATE: warranty company sent out another company who actually spent the time to do a water temp test and other testing and they confirmed we needed a new water heater.

My AC wasn’t functioning properly and I raised a claim with HWA on Saturday night and US heating and cooling was at my door on Monday morning promptly at the committed time window. Babar the technician/Owner was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and patiently answered all the questions . He then fixed the issue and also went over and beyond and cleaned the outer unit for enhanced efficiency which was not part of service call and is part of maintenance and dint charge me anything for it. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for hvac and furnace repair / replacement and maintenance. Thank you Babar.

Rude and damaged my floors. Refused to provide the requested information. When I called, the technician refused to answer my call. Do not use this company.
My home warranty hired this company to repair the humidistat on my furnace. We knew that the humidity was low in our house but we weren’t sure which of our two furnaces was broken. The technician from US Heating and Cooling came to inspect the both furnaces and determined which furnace was the culprit. He ordered the part and then we waited a month without an update from him. We finally got a hold of him (after calling him 15 times) and he said that because he inspected two furnaces he wanted another service fee paid to him. I said that’s not how this works. You came one time and received one fee. He then refused to repair the furnace. We had to go through another company to get the repairs done. After reading the other reviews for this company I wish I had told my Home warranty company that I did not want to work with US Heating and Cooling! This was such a 2 month waste of time!
They are very professional, and do the best that they can while working with the customer, and home warranty company at the same time. I highly recommend this company for all repairs on your furnace. They will get the job done and I will be calling them again if needed. Thank you!

Our heat went out later in the night on one of the coldest nights of the year so far and we didn’t call for service until around 9pm. They got back to me right when they opened at 8am and were here by 10. We needed a new part which they were able to track down and had our heat back on by noon. We received good, friendly communication throughout the repair!
Awesome. After the first company we called made our furnace problem worse, US heating came in, took their time and was so through, honest and wonderful! Will be using them again!
The technician who answered the phone said he would get back to me about scheduling. I thought I would be without heat for a couple of days. I got a call in an hour and on the schedule the same day. Amazing. He needed a part and was back the next day and fixed my heat. Excellent service
