Home A/C not cooling and frost buildup on A/C outside hose. So glad to get in touch with Nick from this company. He asked questions to get idea of problem and was out within two hours. Very professional and detailed. Relayed findings and cost to repair. Absolute fair pricing. I have added Affordable American Air to my contacts for future use. Highly recommend!
Couldn't have asked for better service !!!!! Mike was awesome, VERY thorough, very professional, amazing customer service with a great smile... Our air wasn't working and my father has health issues which was causing issues with the heat.. I called and Mike was here within an hour... This was VERY MUCH appreciated !!!! We from now on will ONLY use Affordable American Heating and Cooling and WILL DEFINITELY be referring many others.. Thank you again for the wonderful service... You guys definitely rock 🤘

Nick came out to repair my furnace that went out overnight. He found the problem right away, explained thoroughly, and fixed it up quickly. I didn’t need to cancel seeing any of my clients that day. Awesome!

I will def recommend this company. Nick was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He called me to confirm the time and asked me to explain a brief summary of the situation with our a/c. When the time approached, he texted me to let me know he was running a bit late. When he arrived he made a diagnostic of our a/c and kept asking more question to fully understand what was gong on with the a/c. He listen and answer every question politely. He is very professional at what he does.
The furnace was not working and constantly on. The technician came on time and repair the unit that is running better than before. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I will use this company without hesitation in the future and will recommend them highly.
I had multiple companies come out in hopes of getting estimates to fix my broken AC, as well as quote a possible replacement. Nick was the only one who took the time to take a look at the old unit and not only diagnose the problem, but explain what he was doing and why. Now I’m looking at a repair as opposed to a whole replacement .
Our outdoor A/C unit fan stopped spinning during the 90F weather - furnace blower still worked but only warm air through the vents so the house kept heating up. Called around 7pm and talked to a representative who took down my info then within 10 mins got called by Nick. Michael showed up around 8:25pm and by 8:50pm the unit was fixed with a new capacitor unit and everything was very clearly explained to us! Competitive pricing and friendly service -- we will definitely be using this company again :)
They arrived 20 minutes after my initial call to schedule an appointment for an AC repair during a very hot week. They were very responsive and did a very good job.
The Affordable American Team did a fantastic job with evaluating, installing and repairing my HVAC system. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a honest and trustworthy company to install and/or fix your HVAC. I want to personally thank Nick for identifying a significant issue with a previous air conditioning unit installation and identifying a configuration issue that all other HVAC companies failed to detect. In addition, Nick went the extra mile to ensure my family was safe from a potential carbon monoxide hazard. Your knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism and follow-through was exceptional. Our AC unit went out and we needed a new unit immediately. Nick was extremely responsive and was able to install a new system efficiently!! He is very knowledgeable and walked us through our new AC unit. Would highly recommend hiring Affordable American Air!!
Mike was a great technician and was very professional and explained the repairs. Our AC wiring was not done and he was promptly able to fix it. We called several companies and they were the quickest to return out calls and were able to come the same day. Super helpful when we have a house full of children and it was 89 our. Thank you Mike!
Came home from vacation to a very hot house. Contacted Micheal about the problem. He was out that evening and quickly diagnosed the issue. He located the part and repaired the unit quickly. I highly recommend him and his company.
On the hottest day of 2022 so far, Nick was able to come out and repair the air conditioner within a few hours. We will continue to use and recommend.
Nick was great, responded within 5 minutes and was at my house in 10 minutes. Walked through all of options regarding my failed 30 year old furnace and allowed me to decide on the path to take. Immediately started work and I had affordable, very comfortable heat by 6pm. Highly recommend!
Nick was great! I called at 12:30pm. We scheduled him to come after 5pm. He was here about 5:20 fixed our heat and was out in 20 minutes. Nick is a nice guy, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend him and this company. Very professional!
