Alicia handles her job with grace, knowledge and professionalism. She spoke with me and my family for about 2 hours to go over what our ultimate outcomes were for a new HVAC system. Jaren installed my entire HVAC system and was a really good dude, he was polite and came into my home with boot covers and tarps to keep my house clean. He set the agenda and him and his partner got straight to work. Mark C. Was the first person to come to my house and he recharged my AC which is what I asked of him, he was knowledgeable and helped me get set up on the family program to make future visits free to my house and 2 free HVAC maintenance visits per year. The service pays for itself after one visit. Great company, they stand by their work
I’ve had a couple of techs from Leslie. Today was Judo G and he was the best. Very efficient and got the job done quickly. It cost more than I thought but the service and response time was worth it.
I really enjoyed my visit with Alex today. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly . I felt like he was giving me the best pricing and options for me and not just to make a sale. I signed up for the family plan. Thank you!
Marc!! Wow! What a wonderful humble human being, and a blessing from God! Leslie should be very proud of his work ethics. The fact they hired a young man like Marc who has great integrity, honesty and kindness, indicates to me that Leslie Heating and Cooling must operate in the same way. I would not only recommend using Leslie Heating and Cooling, but you simply MUST request Marc! He will walk you through everything and is very thorough. He won't overwhelm you with info, AND he will take the time needed to help you understand what he has explained. He has such incredible patience! We had the pleasure of having Nick Morgan at our home to inspect an older ac and furnace unit. He fixed a clog in our condense drain and did a full inspection of both units. He was a very knowledgeable and personable quality service specialist. Gave us a list of options, and didn’t present them in a hard sell manner - a very fact based professional. Once we decided which option to move forward with, Nick passed the reigns to our assigned comfort consultant, Roland. He arrived same day to measure, right size, and present us options. Not only was Roland professional, but he kept our priorities top of mind when determining the best system for our needs. After briefly speaking with Brendan, we were able to get a crew scheduled for install the next day! To add, Roland even dropped off bagels the day of our installation! In a matter of 2 days our old system was diagnosed, our options were presented, and our new system was installed by Daniel and Jaren. Customer service goes a long way, and the Leslie team surely takes pride in that!
Our sales representative was Roland. He was great, professional, and friendly with all of our family. He also gave us a good discount on our whole unit. We’re so excited and happy. We highly recommend him as your next sales rep.

I had a great experience with Leslie Heating and Cooling, and specifically with Marc. He was right on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he was really easy to communicate with. There was no upselling or annoying sales pitch, and he diagnosed and clearly explained the issue we’re having with our AC unit. All-in-all, I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. My A/C unit wasn’t properly circulating air flow so I called Leslie Heating and Cooling for a check up. They were super efficient and professional when setting up an appointment. They communicated well in regards to when they would send a technician out. When a technician (Nick) stopped by my condo, he was informative and helpful and was able to clean out the unit’s filter. Happy to have found these guys!

One of our two HVAC A/C units expired so we began thinking about a replacement. We were going to call several companies in our local area. One of our friends, though, said we should call Leslie first because she had had a terrific experience with Leslie. We did call them first and did not make another call. Our experience was truly out standing. Good quality, good value, professional, responsive and on time describe why were pleased with Leslie. We began by having Terrance make a professional review of our situation and he clearly presenting our options. Then we had a consultation Jeff Gustafson where we spent a great deal of time creating a plan including what we were going to purchase and what the cost would be. We (Jeff, my wife and I) had detailed exchanges with with Brendan and we came up with a purchase plan including a price with which we were comfortable. The process was terrific. We knew Jeff was working for Leslie, but he was also on our side. We agreed on the plan. Next came the installation team: Peter, Gus, Daniel, Jaren and Victor. We could not have been more please with these professionals. They were polite, kept their work areas clean, knew what they were doing and installed two new HVAC units in just one day. I am naturally curious and they politely answered all my questions which I appreciate. Administratively, I received an invoice that was correct, easily understood and accurate. I was furnished details on the "Member Plan". Everyone I spoke with at the office was courteous, helpful and polite. EVERYONE ON THE LESLIE TEAM PERFORMED AT A HIGH LEVEL

Mark was great PLEASE NOTE: this company essentially makes you leave a review every time you visit to “help out the servicer”. These reviews are inflated as I’ve done this multiple times and they watch over you to ensure it is a 5 star review. If you want to truly rate your service technicians service, do so not publicly and while he is not there. This is no reflection on Mark and his service was desirable. Great company but the review process is unethical.
Terrence from Leslie evaluated my AC central system. He found what I expected, that the freon charge from last year has leaked away, and also that the compressor motor is drawing too many amps, so this 20-year-old AC unit is worn out and needs replacement. Leslie scheduled a different future appointment to give us a quote for a new AC system.

Marc and Alex—Professional. Showed me what my HVAC looked like…not pretty. I have lung cancer. Looked out for my best interests and taking great care of me! On time. Through. Leslie Heating & Cooling set up a repair visit and consult in a matter of hours! They escalated a consultation due to the fact that my current system is rusted and clean home environment is critical for me. These guys are my heroes!
