I miss your service technician Cam what happened to him??
Honestly I can say this is the best commercial HVAC company I have had the pleasure of working with. Tom, Alex and Jason are great guys to work with and they're incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive. Even in the winter you can rely on them to fix your cooling issues. The issue is normally resolved or correctly identified the first time out. They run out to pick parts up and fix the issue typically the same day. When you do need someone to follow up you pick up the phone and call them directly and get an answer by the third ring. I would recommend anyone to go with Midwest prior to having headaches with other companies, you won't be disappointed.
