Great company to work with! I am a Maintenance Manager and have used Lumir's services at all of our properties for quite some time. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. He can service all types of heating and cooling systems. Hire him and you can rest assured it will be repaired correctly and for a very reasonable price!
They saved my family so much money! AC people are charging a lot right now but not this team. On top of saving money, the guys were fast and efficient and very kind people. It’s nice to see that’s still around. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
I’ve known Lumir for several years because of our professions. He is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I recently had an issue with my ac and called him. He came out, took care of what he had to while explaining thoroughly what he was doing. While others would have said “replacement needed”…he repaired my unit. I’m very glad I called him. Thank you! 👏

I absolutely satisfied with Finish HVAC, Inc. At first, I needed just to change my thermostat. I called them, owner came himself and change my old thermostat to digital EcoBee, even I have only 4 wires and I needed 5 wires. He installed some adapter in furnace, so I didn’t need to replace my old wires. Very professional fast service. Second, he always respond quickly and get the job done. Then he replaced whole HVAC system for me. Best price in Chicago land. I highly recommend this company. He also extended factory warranty extra 5 years. Owner is very friendly, good communication.
On time, did what He said he was going to do. Looked over the system, Didn't fix things that didn't need to be fixed. Had modern tools.. was prepared and was a Chevrolet lover. We recommend.
