I called Sheffield Heating & Cooling to do a commercial service repair for my restaurant. The first experience was great so I called them again. The second time they came out, the result was not so great so I picked up the phone and called the office to tell them what had happened. The owner called me back and came by the restaurant immediately to fix the issue. It was an awesome customer experience.
I searched high and low for a reputable HVAC company before finding Sheffield Heating & Cooling. Their appointment scheduling system was straight forward, the prices are reasonable, the technicians are honest and the work was done quickly. I will continue to use and recommend them!
Our thermostat stopped working. I emailed in the middle of the night and they called first thing in the morning. They were able to come that same day. Our technician did a good job, checking to see if we were covered by warranty. It was a good experience.
Had two new HVAC systems installed by Sheffield Heating & Cooling. Had some initials issues but the field supervisor came over the next day and spent several hours fixing the issues. Everything runs great now. Love the way they stand begins their work.
The technician was friendly, on time, and thorough. The company is enthusiastic about the products that they install, and I appreciate that they have reasonably priced maintenance checkups and take the time to explain their process. I have been using Sheffield Heating & Cooling for over a decade and highly recommend them. Len, Lander and colleagues are kind, knowledgeable and honest.

Called for a quote for my heating and air conditioning repair, and they were so helpful! They gave me a price within minutes, and even came out the next day to fix it. The technician was friendly and professional, and they even brought in their own equipment to make sure they didn't miss anything. So glad I found them!
Customer service is unrivaled by any other company I've encountered. It was recommended to us by our house inspector, and he was correct. I experienced a handful of minor concerns with the primary insulation after it was put on. Their installers arrived early the next day to make sure everything was in order. They take pride in making clients happy, which is a rare commodity anymore. Sheffield Heating & Cooling is a company that I would strongly suggest to any of my relatives or friends.
Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning team did a great job fixing a bunch of shoddy work done many years ago by an unknown company. The HVAC has never worked as well as it does now. On top of that, their price was more than reasonable. The guys stayed late on the second day to make sure everything was done. I'll be using them again if I need more work on the system.
I booked an appt on a Friday for the following Thursday. Had a 9-12 window of arrival. No tech showed; I was never informed the tech was running behind (which is what the customer service team informed me when I called in two hours after the end of the window). They apologized and rescheduled me for the next day with a 9-12 window of arrival. Again, the tech never showed, never called. Called the main number and someone told me they would call back with an update in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called to cancel the appointment. The call center staff was pleasant and 2/3 people I spoke with were great, but I cannot recommend a company that happily takes your payment details and never delivers on the service.
I have been using Sheffield Heating & Cooling for years and I can't recommend them strongly enough. We have a house with many moving pieces and their work has been impeccable. They are on time, professional and courteous. They just finished an overhaul of our outdated snow melt system. It was a huge project done on time with no inconvenience to us, and, I know this is an odd thing to say, but the new piping and equipment are beautiful. Highly recommended.
Henry always provides top notch semiannual service for our heat pump that we purchased from Sheffield Heating & Cooling three years ago. We appreciate his expertise and pleasant personality. He always takes time to answer the questions we have and gives helpful information and recommendations on best use and care of the system.
Installation of new furnace was scheduled and completed promptly. Instruction was provided a technician from the company followed up to ensure satisfaction. The cost of everything was reasonable and now I am a client for life!!! It was honestly the best experience with a service person we’ve had.
Our house is warm again, thanks to the professional service we received from these guys! Very happy with the service that they provided us. Henry and his helper were extremely professional and patient answering all of our questions and working with our crazy schedule. I would highly recommend them! I just moved into the area and my AC went out during a heat wave I called and was extremely happy with the conversation I had with them. They got me to sign up for the membership program and told me that they would have someone out the next day and I would receive a call in the morning with the time and window for the technician. I did not receive any calls. I called at 9:30 am and at 11:30 am. When i called the first time they said they would reach out to scheduling team and have someone call me. I received a call from the scheduling team and I was told that their first available appointment was 5 days out. It is currently 80 degrees in my house and I have two senior dogs who are struggling in the heat. The company flat out lied to me about their availability and now I have to try and find someone else to come out and I have already lost 1/2 the day. I would recommend if you are looking for an HVAC company to go with someone else. This company lies, doesn't care about you or your needs and just wants your money.
Dude didn't bother to let us know he wasn't coming by. We drove 3 hours to meet the service tech. They should have told us that they weren't doing the scheduled appointment when I called and scheduled it. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT HIGHEST.
We have depended on Sheffield Heating & Cooling for over a year. Dependable service and fair competitive prices. Technician arrived early to perform our spring tune up-he was professional, explaining exactly what he did and left the work area spotless. We look forward to another cool summer!
I seldom take the time to write a review, but I've been so impressed by Jimmy that I want to publicly recognize him as a truly outstanding man and technician. Sheffield Heating & Cooling perfectly installed my home’s furnace 2 years ago and we were very pleased with their work. They have been servicing it and it's been a great pleasure working with them. We highly recommend their professionalism and efficiency. Superb!!
